ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ រួមជាមួយគណៈកម្មការអន្តរក្រសួងរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍បុណ្យទន្លេនិងរដ្ឋបាលខេត្តក្រចេះ បានរៀបចំពីធីប្រុងពលី ដើម្បីបួងសួងសុំសេចក្តីសុខនិងទទួលបានជោគជ័យសម្រាប់ការប្រារព្ធព្រឹត្តិការណ៍បុណ្យទន្លេលើកទី១០ នៅខេត្តក្រចេះ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងលោកជំទាវ ក្នុងគោលបំណងសំខាន់នៃការរៀបចំពិធីប្រុងពលីនេះ គឺដើម្បីបួងសួងដល់វត្ថុស័ក្តិសិទ្ធិ និងម្ចាស់ទឹកម្ចាស់ដី សូមឱ្យការប្រារព្ធព្រឹត្តិការណ៍បុណ្យទន្លេ លើកទី១០ នៅខេត្តក្រចេះ ប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដោយជោគជ័យ និងនាំមកនូវសេចក្តីសុខដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនិងក្រុមការងារគ្រប់ៗ គ្នា។

Ritual Offering Ceremony for Blessings for the 10th River Festival in Kratie Province

The Ministry of Tourism, in collaboration with the Inter-Ministerial Committee for Organizing the River Festival and the Kratie Provincial Administration, organized a traditional ritual offering ceremony to pray for peace, success, and smooth proceedings for the 10th River Festival in Kratie Province. The ceremony was presided over by His Excellency Hout Hak, Minister of Tourism, and his spouse. The main purpose of this ritual was to offer prayers to sacred spirits and guardians of the land and water, seeking blessings for the successful organization of the 10th River Festival and for the well-being of all leaders and working teams involved.

This important traditional ceremony was attended by His Excellency Va Thon, Governor of Kratie Province, members of the inter-ministerial committee for organizing the River Festival, leaders and officials of the Ministry of Tourism, as well as representatives from relevant ministries, institutions, and provincial departments.

It should be noted that the ritual offering ceremony (Prung Pali) is an ancient Cambodian religious tradition, commonly performed before the commencement of major events or important activities. It is intended to seek blessings for prosperity, smooth progress, and auspicious outcomes.
