His Excellency HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism and Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia, attended the closing ceremony of the 2025 Annual Review Conference and the 2026 Work Direction Planning Meeting of the Youth Council of Higher Education Institutions (YCHEI) under the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC).

The ceremony was presided over by His Excellency HUN Many, President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia, and was held at Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel.
