ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូ និងវិស័យឯកជន ជួបពិភាក្សាការងារ និងផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់កម្រិតខ្ពស់ និងស៊ីជម្រៅជាមួយឯកឧត្តម Zhang Yong អភិបាលក្រុងហៃគូ នៃខេត្តហៃណាន សាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន និងសហការី លើការអនុវត្តពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យទេសចរណ៍រវាងកម្ពុជា និងក្រុងហៃគូ ឱ្យកាន់តែជាក់ស្តែង និងប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កា នៅទីក្រុងហៃគូ ខេត្តហៃណាន។
ក្នុងជំនួបពិភាក្សានេះ ឯកឧត្តម Zhang Yong អភិបាលក្រុងហៃគូ បានស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅចំពោះដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចការងាររបស់ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំជាន់ខ្ពស់ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងវិស័យឯកជនមកក្រុងហៃគូ ព្រមទាំងបានបង្ហាញការចាប់អារម្មណ៍យ៉ាងខ្លាំងចំពោះសុខសន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាពនយោបាយ ការអភិវឌ្ឍលើគ្រប់វិស័យ និងសក្តានុពលវិស័យទេសចរណ៍របស់កម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍វប្បធម៌ ប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រខេត្តសៀមរាប ដែលជាគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍ដ៏ល្បីល្បាញ និងពេញនិយមដែលអាចទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរចិនទៅទស្សនាកម្ពុជាកាន់តែច្រើនកុះករ។
ឯកឧត្តមអភិបាលក្រុង ក៏បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីស្ថានភាពសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរបស់ក្រុងហៃគូជាមួយនឹងសក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍ដ៏ទាក់ទាញ និងលក្ខណៈពិសេសនៃកំពង់ផែពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរីហៃណាន ដែលជាកំពង់ផែពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរីដ៏សំខាន់មួយរបស់ប្រទេសចិននាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ ព្រមទាំងគោលដៅប្រែក្លាយក្រុងហៃគូជាចំណុចកណ្តាលនៃការតភ្ជាប់រវាងខេត្តហៃណាន ជាមួយប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងបណ្តាប្រទេសនានាក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ានផងដែរ។
តាមរយៈជំនួបប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កា ភាគីទាំងពីរ បានឯកភាពជំរុញ និងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទេសចរណ៍រវាងកម្ពុជា និងក្រុងហៃគូ ឱ្យកាន់តែជាក់ស្តែង និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព តាមរយៈការផ្សព្វផ្សាយទេសចរណ៍រួមគ្នា ការជំរុញកំណើនភ្ញៀវទេសចរទៅវិញទៅមក និងការពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងវិស័យឯកជននៃភាគីទាំងពីរ។ បន្ថែមពីលើនេះ ការជំរុញការតភ្ជាប់ជើងហោះហើរត្រង់រវាងក្រុងហៃគូ និងគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍សំខាន់ៗ របស់កម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ខេត្តសៀមរាប និងខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ ដើម្បីបង្កើនភាពងាយស្រួលក្នុងការធ្វើដំណើររបស់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរ និងពង្រឹងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរប្រជាជននិងប្រជាជន ក៏ត្រូវបានលើកឡើង និងឯកភាពផងដែរ។
ក្នុងជំនួបប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានស្នើឱ្យភាគីក្រុងហៃគូ ជួយជំរុញ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយពីសក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា និងគោលនយោបាយលើកលែងទិដ្ឋាការសម្រាប់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរចិន ទៅកាន់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋចិន ជាពិសេសប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្រុងហៃគូ តាមរយៈបណ្តាញផ្សព្វផ្សាយ វេទិកាទេសចរណ៍ និងសហគមន៍ធុរកិច្ចទេសចរណ៍នានា ដើម្បីទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរចិនមកទស្សនាកម្ពុជាកាន់តែច្រើន។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានស្នើពិនិត្យលទ្ធភាពលើការចុះអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា (MoU) រវាងមន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ខេត្តសៀមរាប និងខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ និងការិយាល័យទេសចរណ៍ក្រុងហៃគូ ព្រមទាំងស្នើជំរុញការរៀបចំវេទិកាធុរកិច្ចទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា-ក្រុងហៃគូ ដើម្បីបង្កើតកញ្ចប់ទស្សនកិច្ចថ្មីៗ និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងក្រុមហ៊ុនទេសចរណ៍ សណ្ឋាគារ ក្រុមហ៊ុនអាកាសចរណ៍នៃភាគីទាំងពីរ និងស្នើជំរុញការរៀបចំកម្មវិធីទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សា (FAM Trip) សម្រាប់ក្រុមហ៊ុនទេសចរណ៍ អ្នកសារព័ត៌មាន អ្នកផលិតមាតិកា និង KOLs ពីក្រុងហៃគូ មកទស្សនាកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីផ្សព្វផ្សាយសក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជាទៅកាន់ទីផ្សារចិនឱ្យកាន់តែទូលំទូលាយ។
គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា ក្រុងហៃគូ គឺជាទីក្រុងសំខាន់មួយរបស់ខេត្តហៃណាន ដែលមានសក្តានុពលខ្ពស់លើវិស័យសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងទេសចរណ៍ ហើយក៏ជាច្រកទ្វារសំខាន់សម្រាប់ការតភ្ជាប់រវាងប្រទេសចិន តំបន់ និងអន្តរជាតិ។

Cambodia and Haikou Commit to Strengthening and Expanding Tourism Cooperation Through a Memorandum of Understanding
H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism of Cambodia, led a delegation and private sector representatives to hold a high-level and in-depth discussion with H.E. Zhang Yong, Mayor of Haikou City, Hainan Province of the People’s Republic of China, and his colleagues, on enhancing and expanding practical and fruitful tourism cooperation between Cambodia and Haikou City in Haikou, Hainan Province.
During the meeting, H.E. Zhang Yong warmly welcomed the working visit of H.E. the Minister, senior officials of the Ministry of Tourism, and Cambodian private sector representatives to Haikou City. He also expressed strong interest in Cambodia’s peace, political stability, socio-economic development, and tourism potential, particularly the cultural and historical tourism destinations in Siem Reap Province, which are highly popular and attractive to Chinese tourists.
The Mayor also highlighted Haikou City’s economic development, its attractive tourism potential, and the unique characteristics of the Hainan Free Trade Port, one of China’s key free trade ports today. He further emphasized Haikou’s ambition to become a central hub connecting Hainan Province with Cambodia and other ASEAN countries.
Through the fruitful discussions, both sides agreed to further promote and strengthen tourism cooperation between Cambodia and Haikou City in a more practical and effective manner through joint tourism promotion, boosting two-way tourist flows, and enhancing partnerships between the private sectors of both sides. In addition, both parties discussed and agreed on promoting direct flight connections between Haikou City and Cambodia’s key tourism destinations, especially Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and Preah Sihanouk provinces, to facilitate travel convenience for tourists and strengthen people-to-people exchanges.
During the meeting, H.E. the Minister also requested the Haikou authorities to help promote Cambodia’s tourism potential and Cambodia’s visa exemption policy for Chinese tourists to the Chinese public, especially residents of Haikou City, through media networks, tourism forums, and tourism business communities, in order to attract more Chinese tourists to Cambodia.
At the same time, H.E. the Minister proposed exploring the possibility of signing Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) between the tourism departments of Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and Preah Sihanouk and the Haikou Tourism Bureau. He also proposed organizing Cambodia–Haikou tourism business forums to develop new travel packages and expand cooperation among tourism companies, hotels, and airlines of both sides. Furthermore, he suggested promoting Familiarization Trips (FAM Trips) for tourism operators, journalists, content creators, and KOLs from Haikou to visit Cambodia and help promote Cambodia’s tourism potential more broadly in the Chinese market.
It should also be noted that Haikou is one of the key cities in Hainan Province with strong potential in economy, trade, and tourism, and serves as an important gateway connecting China with the region and the international community.
