ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហួត ហាក់៖ ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង គឺជាខេត្តទី១ ដែលបានផ្ដួចផ្ដើមបង្កើតប្រេនឌីងទេសចរណ៍គឺ «ស្ទឹងត្រែងលើស ពីទន្លេ,លើសពីធម្មតា» , តាមរយៈការរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ព្យុហយាត្រាទេសចរណ៍ ដែលបានទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិយ៉ាងច្រើនកុះករ
ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ រួមជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម សរ សុពុត្រា អភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង អញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបើកព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ព្យុហយាត្រាទេសចរណ៍ ចម្ងាយ ៣,៥ គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ដើម្បីអបអរសាទរទិវាជាតិទីក្រុងស្អាត ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ជាមួយនឹងការប្រកាសដាក់ឱ្យអនុវត្តជាផ្លូវការ «ផែនការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែងឆ្នាំ២០២៦-២០៣០ » និងការដាក់ចេញប្រេនឌីងថ្មី «ស្ទឹងត្រែងលើសពីទន្លេ លើសពីធម្មតា» ក្រោមបរិយាកាសដ៏អធិកអធមក្រៃលែង។
ក្នុងពិធីដ៏វិសេសវិសាលនេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្តម ឈាង ឡាក់ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង, ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍, លោក លោកស្រី ភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយសជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ បងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងក្មួយៗសិស្សានុសិស្សយ៉ាងច្រើនកុះករ។
ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងថា តាមរយៈការបង្កើតព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ទេសចរណ៍នេះ គឺស្តែងចេញពីការអនុវត្តទិសស្លោកដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន អតីតនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងបច្ចុប្បន្នជាប្រមុខរដ្ឋស្តីទីនៃព្រះរាជាណាក្រកម្ពុជា គឺ «ទេសចរណ៍ដើម្បីទាំងអស់គ្នា ទាំងអស់គ្នាដើម្បីទេសចរណ៍»។
ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងបន្តថា ភាពជោគជ័យនៃវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ មិនមែនវាស់វែងត្រឹមតែចំនួនភ្ញៀវទេសចរប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែវាស់វែងតាមរយៈការបង្កើតចំណូលដល់មូលដ្ឋាន និងការធ្វើឱ្យសហគមន៍មានជីវភាពកាន់ តែ ប្រសើរឡើងតាមរយៈសេវាកម្មទេសចរណ៍ប្រកបដោយភាពច្នៃប្រឌិត។
ជាក់ស្ដែង ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសរំលេចទៀតថា ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ថ្ងៃនេះ បានក្លាយជាវេទិកាសាមគ្គីភាព ដែលតភ្ជាប់រវាងរដ្ឋបាលខេត្ត វិស័យឯកជន សហគមន៍ទេសចរណ៍ និងបងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ គឺជាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រឈ្នះ-ឈ្នះ ដែលនឹងផ្តល់ផលប្រយោជន៍ដល់ទាំងអស់គ្នា។ ស្មារតី នៃការរួបរួមគ្នានៅថ្ងៃនេះ គឺជាមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះដ៏រឹងមាំបំផុត ដែលនឹងធានាថាខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង នឹងបន្តរីកចម្រើនទៅមុខយ៉ាងឆាប់រហ័ស ក្នុងនាមជាគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍ដ៏សំខាន់មួយរបស់កម្ពុជា។

H.E. Minister HUOT Hak: Stung Treng Province is the first province to initiate a tourism branding, “Stung Treng – Beyond the River, Beyond the Ordinary,” through the organization of a tourism parade event that has attracted a large number of national and international visitors.
His Excellency HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, together with H.E. SOR Soputra, Governor of Stung Treng Province, presided over the opening ceremony of a 3.5-kilometer tourism parade to celebrate National Clean City Day 2026. During the event, the “Stung Treng Provincial Tourism Development Plan 2026–2030” was officially launched, along with the introduction of the new tourism branding “Stung Treng – Beyond the River, Beyond the Ordinary,” in a very festive and vibrant atmosphere.
This grand ceremony was attended by H.E. Chheang Lak, President of the Stung Treng Provincial Council, senior leaders from the Ministry of Tourism, national and international distinguished guests, local residents, and many students.
H.E. the Minister stated that the organization of this tourism event reflects the implementation of the noble slogan of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei HUN SEN, former Prime Minister and current Acting Head of State of the Kingdom of Cambodia:
“Tourism for All, All for Tourism.”
His Excellency the Minister further emphasized that the success of the tourism sector should not be measured only by the number of tourists, but also by the income generated for local communities and by improving people’s livelihoods through innovative tourism services.
Indeed, His Excellency the Minister also highlighted that today’s event has become a platform of unity, connecting the provincial administration, the private sector, tourism communities, and the local people. This win-win strategy will provide benefits for everyone. The spirit of unity demonstrated today forms a strong foundation that will ensure Stung Treng Province continues to develop rapidly as one of Cambodia’s important tourism destinations.
