ជាមួយគ្នានេះ សហគ្រាសទេសចរណ៍ចម្រុះដែលគ្រប់គ្រងដោយរដ្ឋ និងសហគ្រាសទេសចរណ៍ឯកជនទាំង១៥ បានសម្តែងនូវអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅ និងគាំទ្រចំពោះការសម្រេចរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការផ្តល់ការលើកលែងទិដ្ឋាការសម្រាប់ប្រជាជនចិន ចូលទស្សនា និងស្នាក់នៅកម្ពុជាបានរយៈពេល១៤ថ្ងៃ ដែលត្រូវបានរំពឹងថា នឹងជួយទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរចិនមកទស្សនាកម្ពុជាបានកាន់តែច្រើនក្នុងរដូវកាលបៃតងដ៏ពិសេសនេះ។
ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ សហគ្រាសទាំងអស់សន្យា នឹងប្រឹងប្រែងបន្ថែមក្នុងការនាំភ្ញៀវទេសចរចិនមកកម្ពុជាឱ្យបាន៥០ម៉ឺននាក់ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៦ តាមរយៈកម្មវិធីលើកលែងទិដ្ឋាការ និងយុទ្ធនាការផ្សព្វផ្សាយរដូវកាលបៃតងនេះ។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា សហគ្រាសទេសចរណ៍ទាំងអស់នេះ បានសហការយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការនាំភ្ញៀវទេសចរចិនទៅទស្សនាកម្ពុជា បានច្រើនជាង៣០ម៉ឺននាក់ ចាប់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ២០១៦ មក។
ជាកិច្ចឆ្លើយតប ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានកោតសរសើរ វាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ និងថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដ៏ល្អរវាងកម្ពុជា-ចិននិយាយជារួម និងរវាងរដ្ឋបាលខេត្តហៃណាន ក្រុងហៃគូ រួមទាំងវិស័យឯកជនទាំងអស់ដែលបានចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា-ចិនប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កាគួរជាទីមោទនៈ។
ជាមួយនឹងការដាក់ឱ្យអនុវត្តនូវការលើកលែងទិដ្ឋាការជូនប្រជាជនចិននាខែមិថុនា ខាងមុខ និងទស្សនាកម្ពុជានារដូវកាលបៃតង ការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាក្នុងការធានាសុវត្ថិភាព បរិយាកាសល្អសម្រាប់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរចិន និងអន្តរជាតិ វត្តមានជើងហោះហើរ Chartered Flights ២ដងក្នុងមួយសប្តាហ៍ ពិតជាអាចបង្កលក្ខណៈងាយស្រួលដល់ការធ្វើដំណើរកំសាន្តរបស់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរចិន និងកម្ពុជាទៅវិញទៅមកផងដែរ។
ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានស្នើឱ្យភាគីចិនជួយផ្សព្វផ្សាយពីសក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍ និងកាលានុវត្តភាពវិនិយោគកម្ពុជាដ៏ទាក់ទាញរបស់កម្ពុជា រួមជាមួយការលើកលែងទិដ្ឋាការជូនប្រជាជនចិនពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែមិថុនា ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខាងមុខឱ្យបានទូលំទូលាយដល់ប្រជាជននៅខេត្តហៃណាន និងតំបន់ផ្សេងៗទៀតរបស់ចិនផងដែរ។
ក្នុងជំនួបប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កានេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរ បានពិភាក្សា និងផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់ស៊ីជម្រៅលើការពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទេសចរណ៍ តាមរយៈការរៀបចំកញ្ចប់ទេសចរណ៍ពិសេស ការរៀបចំដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សា (FAM Trip) សម្រាប់ក្រុមហ៊ុនទេសចរណ៍ សារព័ត៌មាន និងអ្នកផលិតមាតិកាទេសចរណ៍ (Travel Influencers) ការផ្សព្វផ្សាយទេសចរណ៍រួមគ្នា ការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហការរវាងវិស័យឯកជននៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ និងការជំរុញលំហូរទេសចរចិនមកកម្ពុជាឱ្យកាន់តែច្រើន។

Major tourism enterprises and renowned influencers in Hainan Province welcome Cambodia’s visa exemption policy for Chinese citizens and pledge to increase the number of Chinese tourists visiting Cambodia beyond the existing 300,000 visitors
During a working visit to promote Cambodia’s tourism potential and investment opportunities in Hainan Province, H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, led a Cambodian delegation and senior private sector representatives to participate in a business discussion and promotional event on Cambodia’s trial visa exemption policy for Chinese citizens and the “Visit Cambodia in the Green Season” campaign. The meeting was held with major Chinese tourism enterprises and well-known influencers in Hainan Province, led by Mr. Sun Haigui, Deputy Director of the Haikou Municipal Bureau of Tourism, Culture, Radio, Television, Publication and Sports, in Haikou City, Hainan Province.
During the discussion, Mr. Sun Haigui expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome and excellent facilitation provided by H.E. the Minister and the high-level Cambodian delegation from both the public and private sectors. He also highlighted his strong interest in Cambodia’s tourism potential, particularly in cultural, historical, natural, and hospitality tourism, which can attract even more Chinese visitors.
At the same time, all 15 participating state-owned and private tourism enterprises expressed their deep appreciation and strong support for the Royal Government of Cambodia’s decision to grant visa exemptions for Chinese citizens, allowing them to visit and stay in Cambodia for up to 14 days. This initiative is expected to significantly boost Chinese tourist arrivals during Cambodia’s unique green season.
Furthermore, all participating enterprises pledged to make additional efforts to bring 500,000 Chinese tourists to Cambodia in 2026 through the visa exemption program and the green season promotional campaign. It should also be noted that these tourism enterprises have actively cooperated in bringing more than 300,000 Chinese tourists to Cambodia since 2016.
In response, H.E. the Minister highly praised and expressed sincere appreciation for the strong Cambodia-China cooperation in general, and particularly the fruitful collaboration between Hainan Province, Haikou City, and all private sector partners that have actively contributed to the development of Cambodia-China tourism cooperation.
With the upcoming implementation of the visa exemption policy for Chinese citizens in June and the “Visit Cambodia in the Green Season” campaign, together with the Royal Government of Cambodia’s commitment to ensuring safety and a welcoming environment for Chinese and international tourists, as well as the operation of two chartered flights per week, travel between Cambodia and China is expected to become more convenient and attractive for tourists from both countries.
At the same time, H.E. the Minister also requested the Chinese side to help widely promote Cambodia’s tourism potential, attractive investment opportunities, and the visa exemption policy for Chinese citizens, which will be effective from June 15 to October 15, 2026, to people in Hainan Province and other regions across China.
During this productive meeting, both sides held in-depth discussions and exchanged views on strengthening and expanding tourism cooperation through the development of special tourism packages, organizing familiarization trips (FAM Trips) for tour operators, media representatives, and travel influencers, conducting joint tourism promotions, strengthening private sector cooperation between the two countries, and increasing the flow of Chinese tourists to Cambodia.
It should also be noted that the Royal Government of Cambodia has decided to grant visa exemptions for Chinese citizens, allowing stays in Cambodia for up to 14 days from June 15 to October 15, 2026, in order to attract more Chinese tourists during Cambodia’s green season.
