ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ អនុប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានខេត្តកំពង់ធំ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុកបារាយណ៍ អញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំបូកសរុបលទ្ធផលការងារត្រីមាសទី១និងលើកទិសដៅការងារបន្តត្រីមាសទី២ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ របស់ក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ ក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីស្តាប់នូវរបាយការណ៍សង្ខេបអំពីចំណុចខ្លាំង ចំណុចខ្វះខាត បញ្ហាប្រឈម និងសំណូមពរនានារបស់ក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានឃុំទាំង១០ នៃស្រុកបារាយណ៍។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្ដមអនុប្រធានទី១, ទី២ និងឯកឧត្ដម លោកជំទាវ អនុប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុកបារាយណ៍, ឯកឧត្ដម លោកជំទាវ ប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានឃុំទាំង១០, លោក ឃន ចាន់ថៃ អភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលស្រុក និងជាអនុប្រធានអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍ក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ព្រមទាំងឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោក លោកស្រី អនុប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានឃុំសរុបប្រមាណ ២០០នាក់។

Review Meeting on the Results of the First Quarter and Direction Setting for the Second Quarter of 2026 of the Royal Government Working Group Assigned to Baray District, Kampong Thom Province
H.E. HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, Vice Chairman of the Royal Government Working Group Assigned to Kampong Thom Province, and Chairman of the Royal Government Working Group Assigned to Baray District, presided over the review meeting on the achievements of the first quarter and the orientation for the second quarter of 2026 of the Royal Government Working Group assigned to Baray District, Kampong Thom Province.
The purpose of the meeting was to listen to summary reports on strengths, shortcomings, challenges, and requests from the Royal Government Working Groups assigned to all 10 communes of Baray District.
The meeting was attended by H.E. the First and Second Vice Chairmen, Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, Vice Chairpersons of the Royal Government Working Group assigned to Baray District, Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs who are Chairpersons of the Royal Government Working Groups assigned to the 10 communes, Mr. Khorn Chanthai, Governor of the District Governor’s Board and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Royal Government Working Group assigned to Baray District, as well as Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, ladies and gentlemen who serve as Vice Chairpersons of the Royal Government Working Groups assigned to the communes, totaling approximately 200 participants.
Speaking at the meaningful event, H.E. the Minister stated that the achievements attained thus far were made possible through the collective contributions of Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, ladies and gentlemen from all sectors and at all levels. On this occasion, he expressed his sincere gratitude to all participants for dedicating their physical strength, intellect, spirit, time, financial resources, materials, and all forms of support and coordination. He also highlighted the importance of utilizing comprehensive means, integrated measures, solidarity, internal unity, and strong cooperation, which have contributed significantly to supporting the Royal Government of the 7th Legislature (and the Cambodian People’s Party) under the wise leadership of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Acting Head of State (and President of the Cambodian People’s Party), and Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia (and Vice President of the Cambodian People’s Party). He further encouraged that this spirit continue consistently in order to strengthen the people’s confidence in the Royal Government led by the Party.
At the same time, H.E. the Minister conveyed warm greetings and regards from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Acting Head of State; Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia; the nation’s senior dignitaries; H.E. Vongsey Vissoth, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Chairman of the Royal Government Working Group assigned to Kampong Thom Province; and H.E. Dr. Thong Khon, Senior Minister and Vice Chairman of the Royal Government Working Group assigned to Kampong Thom Province as well as Chairman of the Working Group assigned to Tang Kouk District, to all Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, ladies and gentlemen, brothers and sisters, uncles and aunts attending the meeting.
In order to further enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the work implementation, H.E. the Minister also instructed all working groups to continue fulfilling their roles and responsibilities with close attention to several key priorities, including: 1. Preparing action plans, working procedures, organizing meetings, and public forums in all 10 communes under the district-level Royal Government Working Group; 2. Strengthening meeting and reporting mechanisms; 3. Enhancing the implementation of field missions at the grassroots level; 4.Continuing to strengthen and promote public security, public order, and social safety through the implementation of the “Safe Village-Commune/Sangkat” policy; 5. Continuing to monitor and support local authorities in accelerating the development of essential physical infrastructure needed by the people in the localities; 6. Continuing to perform good deeds and serve the people wholeheartedly; 7. Continuing to disseminate information on achievements and accomplishments within the communes, district, province, and those of the Royal Government; 8. Continuing public awareness efforts and regular attention at the grassroots level, especially toward displaced families, workers returning from Thailand, families of frontline armed forces, and wounded soldiers undergoing treatment; and 9. Continuing to promote the issuance of national identity cards for eligible youths, youths preparing for the 2027 elections, and members whose identity cards have expired.
