ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ សមាជិកគណៈកម្មាធិការកណ្តាល អនុប្រធានក្រុមការងារគណបក្សចុះមូលដ្ឋានខេត្តកំពង់ធំ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងារគណបក្សចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីប្រកាសបញ្ចូលសមាជិកថ្មី គណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាឃុំក្រវ៉ា ឃុំចើងដើង ឃុំបាក់ស្នា ​និងឃុំគគីធំ ស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ ចំនួន ២,៧៨៦នាក់ (ក្នុងនោះស្រី ចំនួន ១,៤៧៩នាក់) ។ នៅក្នុងពិធីដ៏អធិកអធមនេះ លោកយាយ លោកតា អ៊ំ ពូ មីង បងប្អូន ពិតជាមានមោទនភាព និងមានសេចក្តីសោមនស្សរីករាយយ៉ាងក្រៃលែង ដែលបានចូលរួមជីវភាព ជាមួយមហាគ្រួសារគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ដែលជាគណបក្សមានវ័យចំណាស់ជាងគេ ធំជាងគេ និងជាទីទុកចិត្តរបស់ប្រជាជនច្រើនជាងគេ ជាពិសេសចំពោះសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការដឹកនាំប្រទេស និងការពារប្រជាជន ព្រមទាំងហ៊ានធ្វើពលិកម្មគ្រប់បែបយ៉ាងដើម្បីប្រជាជន និងជាគណបក្សតែមួយគត់ ដែលមិនដែលរត់ចោលប្រជាជនឡើយ គឺជានិច្ចជាកាលតែងតែរួមសុខ រួមទុក្ខជាមួយប្រជាជននៅគ្រប់កាលៈទេសៈ។

ពិធីប្រកាសដ៏មានអត្ថន័យនេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្ដមអនុប្រធានទី១, ទី២ និងឯកឧត្ដម លោកជំទាវ អនុប្រធានក្រុមការងារគណបក្សចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុកបារាយណ៍, ឯកឧត្ដម លោកជំទាវប្រធានក្រុមការងារគណបក្សចុះមូលដ្ឋានឃុំទាំង១០, លោក ឃន ចាន់ថៃ អភិបាល និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការគណបក្សស្រុក, ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោក លោកស្រី អនុប្រធានក្រុមការងារគណបក្សចុះមូលដ្ឋានឃុំលោកអ៊ំ ពូ មីង បងប្អូន សមាជិក សមាជិកាសរុបប្រមាណ ២,៨០០នាក់។

ថ្លែងក្នុងពិធីដ៏ប្រពៃថ្លៃថ្លានេះ ឯកឧត្តម​ ហួត ហាក់ បានពាំនាំប្រសាសន៍ផ្តាំផ្ញើសាកសួរសុខទុក្ខពីសំណាក់សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន អតីតនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បច្ចុប្បន្ន ជាប្រមុខរដ្ឋស្ដីទី និងប្រធានគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា និងសម្តេចកិត្តិព្រឹទ្ធបណ្ឌិត ប៊ុន រានី ហ៊ុនសែន, សម្តេចអគ្គមហាពញាចក្រី ហេង សំរិន ប្រធានកិត្តិយសគណបក្ស និងសម្ដេចធម្មវិសុទ្ធវង្សា, សម្តេចអនុប្រធានគណបក្សទាំង៥ រួមមាន៖ សម្តេចក្រឡាហោម ស ខេង, សម្តេចវិបុលសេនាភក្តី សាយ ឈុំ, សម្តេចពិជ័យសេនា ទៀ បាញ់, សម្តេចកិត្តិសង្គហបណ្ឌិត ម៉ែន សំអន, និងសម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងលោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត ពេជ ចន្ទមុន្នី ហ៊ុនម៉ាណែត, ក៏ដូចជា ការសាកសួរសុខទុក្ខពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្តម វង្សី វិស្សុត ប្រធានក្រុមការងារគណបក្សចុះមូលដ្ឋានខេត្តកំពង់ធំ, ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ថោង ខុន អនុប្រធានក្រុមការងារចុះមូលដ្ឋានខេត្តកំពង់ធំ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងារចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុកតាំងគោក ព្រមទាំងឯកឧត្តម នួន ផារ័ត្ន ប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការគណបក្សខេត្តកំពង់ធំ។

ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ បានគូសរំលេចថា ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិតរបស់សម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា, ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា កាន់តែមានជំនឿជឿជាក់ កាន់តែមានទំនុកចិត្ត និងកាន់តែមានសំណាង ដែលមាន សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត អនុប្រធានគណបក្ស និងជានាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ជាយុវជនបន្តវេនដ៏ឆ្នើម មានចក្ខុវិស័យវែងឆ្ងាយ ប្រកបដោយបញ្ញាញាណភ្លឺស្វាង ដែលបានដាក់ចេញនូវកម្មវិធីនយោបាយ និងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណ-ដំណាក់កាលទី១ ដើម្បីសម្រេចចក្ខុវិស័យធ្វើឱ្យប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ប្រែក្លាយជាប្រទេសមានចំណូលខ្ពស់នៅឆ្នាំ២០៥០។

តាងនាមក្រុមការងារគណបក្សចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រួមជាមួយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ ក្រុមការងារគ្រប់ផ្នែក គ្រប់ថ្នាក់ និង គ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់ ព្រមទាំងសមាជិក សមាជិកាដែលទើបបញ្ចូលថ្មី បានបេ្តជ្ញារួបរួមសាមគ្គីជាធ្លុងមួយ ឯកភាពផ្ទៃក្នុង និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការល្អ ក្នុងស្មារតីខ្មែរតែមួយ សូមគាំទ្រយ៉ាងពេញទំហឹង ដោយឥតងាករេ នូវរាល់ការសម្រេចចិត្តរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្រោមការដឹកនាំដ៏ត្រឹមត្រូវ និងមានចក្ខុវិស័យវែងឆ្ងាយរបស់សម្តេចធិបតីនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងក្រោមការតម្រង់ទិសដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ សម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ជាពិសេសការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាជម្លោះព្រំដែនជាមួយប្រទេសថៃដោយសន្តិវិធី និងស្របតាមច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ។

ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ ព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦

A total of 2,786 new members have joined the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) and pledged to share both happiness and hardship, while offering unwavering support to the CPP at every stage and under all circumstances.

H.E. Huot Hak, Member of the Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Party Working Group for Kampong Thom Province, and Head of the Party Working Group for Baray District, Kampong Thom Province, presided over the ceremony to officially welcome 2,786 new members (including 1,479 women) into the Cambodian People’s Party from Krava Commune, Cherng Doung Commune, Bak Sna Commune, and Koki Thom Commune in Baray District, Kampong Thom Province.

During this grand event, grandparents, uncles, aunts, brothers, and sisters expressed great pride and joy in joining the large family of the Cambodian People’s Party, which is the oldest political party, the largest political party, and the party trusted by the greatest number of people. In particular, they highlighted the party’s capability in leading the country and protecting the people, as well as its willingness to make every sacrifice for the people. It is also regarded as the only party that has never abandoned the people and has always stood together with them through all circumstances.

This meaningful ceremony was attended by the First and Second Deputy Heads, Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, Deputy Heads of the Party Working Group for Baray District, Excellencies and Lok Chumteavs who are heads of the Party Working Groups in all ten communes, Mr. Khorn Chanthai, Governor and Chairman of the District Party Committee, Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, ladies and gentlemen who are deputy heads of commune party working groups, as well as approximately 2,800 party members and supporters.

Speaking at the ceremony, H.E. Huot Hak conveyed greetings and best wishes from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, former Prime Minister, currently Acting Head of State and President of the Cambodian People’s Party, and Samdech Kittipritbandit Bun Rany Hun Sen; Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei Heng Samrin, Honorary President of the Party; and the five Vice Presidents of the Party, including Samdech Kralahom Sar Kheng, Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdei Say Chhum, Samdech Pichey Sena Tea Banh, Samdech Kittisangahabandit Men Sam An, and Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, along with Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet.

He also conveyed greetings from H.E. Vongsey Vissoth, Head of the Party Working Group for Kampong Thom Province; H.E. Dr. Thong Khon, Senior Minister and Deputy Head of the Provincial Working Group as well as Head of the Working Group for Tang Kouk District; and H.E. Noun Pharat, Chairman of the Kampong Thom Provincial Party Committee.

H.E. Huot Hak emphasized that under the wise leadership of Samdech Techo Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian People’s Party, the Cambodian people have grown increasingly confident and fortunate to have Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Vice President of the Party and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, as an outstanding next-generation leader with long-term vision and wisdom. He noted that the Prime Minister has introduced political programs and the first phase of the Pentagonal Strategy to achieve the vision of transforming Cambodia into a high-income country by 2050.

On behalf of the Party Working Group in Baray District, H.E. Huot Hak, together with leaders at all levels and the newly admitted members, pledged to remain united in solidarity, strengthen internal unity, and promote good cooperation in the spirit of “One Khmer.” They reaffirmed their full and unwavering support for all decisions of the Royal Government under the correct and visionary leadership of Samdech Thipadei Prime Minister and under the high guidance of Samdech Techo Hun Sen, particularly regarding the peaceful resolution of border disputes with Thailand in accordance with international law.
