ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងរដ្ឋបាលប្រជាជនខេត្តហៃណាន នឹងចុះអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា (MoU) ស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទេសចរណ៍ដែលជាក់ស្តែង និងប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កា ដើម្បីជំរុញការផ្សព្វផ្សាយទេសចរណ៍ និងកំណើនភ្ញៀវទេសចរទៅវិញទៅមក
ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូ និងវិស័យឯកជន ជួបពិភាក្សាការងារ និងផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់កម្រិតខ្ពស់ និងស៊ីជំរៅជាមួយឯកឧត្តម Liu Xiaoming អភិបាលខេត្តហៃណាន នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន និងសហការី លើការអនុវត្តពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យទេសចរណ៍រវាងកម្ពុជា និងខេត្តហៃណានឱ្យកាន់តែជាក់ស្តែង និងប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កា នៅទីក្រុងហៃគូ ខេត្តហៃណាន។
ក្នុងជំនួបពិភាក្សានេះ ឯកឧត្តម Liu Xiaoming អភិបាលខេត្តហៃណាន បានស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅចំពោះដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចការងាររបស់ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំជាន់ខ្ពស់ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងវិស័យឯកជនមកខេត្តហៃណាន ព្រមទាំងបានបង្ហាញការចាប់អារម្មណ៍យ៉ាងខ្លាំងចំពោះសុខសន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាពនយោបាយ ការអភិវឌ្ឍលើគ្រប់វិស័យ និងសក្តានុពលវិស័យទេសចរណ៍របស់កម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍វប្បធម៌ ប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រ និងធម្មជាតិដ៏ល្បីល្បាញ ដូចជាប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ត និងតំបន់ឆ្នេរសមុទ្រ ដែលអាចទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរចិនទៅទស្សនា កាន់តែច្រើន។
ឯកឧត្តមអភិបាលខេត្ត ក៏បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីស្ថានភាពសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរបស់ខេត្តហៃណា ជាមួយនឹងសក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍ដ៏ទាក់ទាញ និងលក្ខណៈពិសេសនៃកំពង់ផែពាណិជ្ជសេរីដែលមានតែមួយគត់នៅប្រទេសចិននាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ ព្រមទាំងគោលដៅប្រែកា្លយខេត្តហៃណានជាចំណុចកណ្តាលនៃការតភ្ជាប់រវាងខេត្តនានានៃប្រទេសចិន និងកម្ពុជា រួមទាំងបណ្តាប្រទេសផ្សេងៗ ទៀតក្នុងតំបន់ផងដែរ។
តាមរយៈជំនួបប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កា ភាគីទាំងពីរ បានឯកភាពពិនិត្យលទ្ធភាពលើការចុះអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា (MoU) ស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទេសចរណ៍រវាងក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា និងរដ្ឋបាលប្រជាជនខេត្តហៃណាន ឱ្យជាក់ស្តែង និងស៊ីជំរៅ ដើម្បីពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទេសចរណ៍ឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងទទួលបានផលប្រយោជន៍ទៅវិញទៅមកផងដែរ។ បន្ថែមពីនេះទៀត ការជំរុញការតភ្ជាប់ជើងហោះហើរត្រង់រវាងខេត្តហៃណាន និងគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍សំខាន់ៗ របស់កម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ខេត្តសៀមរាប និងខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ ដើម្បីបង្កើនភាពងាយស្រួលក្នុងការធ្វើដំណើររបស់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរ និងពង្រឹងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរប្រជាជននិងប្រជាជន ការលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យមានជំនួបរវាងវិស័យឯកជនកម្ពុជា និងខេត្តហៃណានដើម្បីរៀបចំជាកញ្ចប់ទស្សនកិច្ច ក៏ត្រូវបានលើកឡើង និងឯកភាពផងដែរ។
ក្នុងជំនួបប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានស្នើឱ្យភាគីខេត្តហៃណាន ជួយជំរុញ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយពីសក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា ទៅកាន់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋចិន ជាពិសេសប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខេត្តហៃណាន តាមរយៈបណ្តាញផ្សព្វផ្សាយ វេទិកាទេសចរណ៍ និងក្រុមហ៊ុនទេសចរណ៍នានា ដើម្បីទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរចិនមកទស្សនាកម្ពុជាកាន់តែច្រើន ព្រមទាំងស្នើជំរុញការរៀបចំកម្មវិធីទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សា (FAM Trip) សម្រាប់ក្រុមហ៊ុនទេសចរណ៍ អ្នកសារព័ត៌មាន អ្នកផលិតមាតិកា និង KOLs ពីខេត្តហៃណាន មកទស្សនាកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីផ្សព្វផ្សាយសក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជាទៅកាន់ទីផ្សារចិនឱ្យកាន់តែទូលំទូលាយ។
គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា ខេត្តហៃណាន គឺជាគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍អន្តរជាតិដ៏សំខាន់មួយរបស់ប្រទេសចិន ដែលមានសក្តានុពលខ្ពស់លើវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ឆ្នេរ វប្បធម៌ និងទេសចរណ៍កម្សាន្ត ហើយក្នុងរយៈពេលចុងក្រោយនេះ កម្ពុជា និងខេត្តហៃណាន បានបន្តពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ តាមរយៈការផ្សព្វផ្សាយរួម ការតភ្ជាប់ជើងហោះហើរ និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនកិច្ចរវាងភាគីទាំងពីរ។
សូមជម្រាបផងដែរថា នាពេលកន្លងមកសហគ្រាសទេសចរណ៍នៃខេត្តហៃណាន បានសហការយ៉ាងសកម្មដោយបាននាំភ្ញៀវទេសចរចិនមកទស្សនាកម្ពុជាជាង៣០ម៉ឺននាក់។ ជាមួយយុទ្ធនាការលើកលែងទិដ្ឋាការនេះ គ្រោងនាំភ្ញៀវទេសចរមកកម្ពុជាបន្ថែមទៀតឱ្យបាន៥០មុឺននាក់។

Ministry of Tourism of Cambodia and Hainan Province to ink MoU on Tourism Cooperation to gear up tourism promotion and tourist growth
H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, led a delegation and representatives from the private sector to hold a high-level and in-depth working discussion and exchange of views with H.E. Liu Xiaoming, Governor of Hainan Province of the People’s Republic of China, and his colleagues on strengthening and expanding tourism cooperation between Cambodia and Hainan Province in a more practical and fruitful manner in Haikou City, Hainan Province.
During the meeting, H.E. Liu Xiaoming warmly welcomed the working visit of H.E. the Minister, senior leaders of the Ministry of Tourism, and representatives of Cambodia’s private sector to Hainan Province. He also expressed strong interest in Cambodia’s peace, political stability, development across all sectors, and tourism potential, especially its renowned cultural, historical, and natural tourism destinations such as Angkor Wat and Cambodia’s coastal areas, which are capable of attracting even more Chinese tourists to visit Cambodia.
The Governor also highlighted the economic situation of Hainan Province, together with its highly attractive tourism potential and the unique characteristics of the Hainan Free Trade Port, the only one of its kind currently in China. He further emphasized Hainan’s ambition to become a key connectivity hub linking various provinces of China with Cambodia, as well as other countries in the region.
Through the fruitful discussions, both sides agreed to explore the possibility of signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Tourism Cooperation between the Ministry of Tourism of Cambodia and the People’s Government of Hainan Province in a more practical and in-depth manner in order to strengthen and expand tourism cooperation more effectively and for mutual benefit. In addition, both sides discussed promoting direct flight connectivity between Hainan Province and Cambodia’s key tourism destinations, especially Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and Preah Sihanouk provinces, in order to facilitate travel for tourists and strengthen people-to-people exchanges. Encouraging meetings between the Cambodian private sector and Hainan Province to develop tour packages was also raised and agreed upon.
During the fruitful meeting, H.E. the Minister also requested the Hainan side to help promote Cambodia’s tourism potential to Chinese citizens, especially the people of Hainan Province, through media networks, tourism platforms, and tourism enterprises in order to attract more Chinese tourists to Cambodia. H.E. the Minister also proposed organizing Familiarization Trips (FAM Trips) for tourism companies, journalists, content creators, and KOLs from Hainan Province to visit Cambodia and help further promote Cambodia’s tourism potential to the Chinese market.
It should also be noted that Hainan Province is one of China’s major international tourism destinations with strong potential in coastal tourism, cultural tourism, and leisure tourism. In recent years, Cambodia and Hainan Province have continuously strengthened tourism cooperation through joint promotions, flight connectivity, and exchange visits between both sides.
It should further be noted that tourism enterprises in Hainan Province have actively cooperated in bringing more than 300,000 Chinese tourists to Cambodia in recent years. Alongside the visa exemption campaign, plans are underway to bring an additional 500,000 tourists to Cambodia.
