លោកជំទាវ សុង ធីតា ហួតហាក់៖ ការជំរុញលើកទឹកចិត្តបងប្អូននារីក្នុងសមាគម ចូលរួមថែរក្សាសន្តិភាព និងប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់ជានិច្ចនូវអំពើល្អ សីលធម៌ និងគុណតម្លៃស្ត្រីខ្មែរ ពោល ស្ត្រី គឺជាកម្លាំងដ៏សំខាន់ក្នុងការចូលរួមអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ ប្រកបដោយភាពច្នៃប្រឌិត ទំនួលខុសត្រូវ និងសាមគ្គីភាព ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកកសាងសង្គមកម្ពុជា ឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើន និងប្រកបដោយចីរភាព
គណៈកម្មការសាខាសមាគមនារីកម្ពុជាដើម្បីសន្តិភាព និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ បានបើកកិច្ចប្រជុំបូកសរុបលទ្ធផលការងារត្រីមាសទី១ និងលើកទិសដៅការងារត្រីមាសទី២ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ លោកជំទាវ សុង ធីតា ហួតហាក់ ប្រធានកិត្តិយសសាខាសមាគមនារីកម្ពុជាដើម្បីសន្តិភាព និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ក្នុងគោលបំណងបង្ហាញសមាសភាពអនុប្រធាន សមាជិកា នៃគណៈកម្មការសាខាសមាគមនារីកម្ពុជាដើម្បីសន្តិភាពនិងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ព្រមទាំងស្តាប់របាយការណ៍វឌ្ឍនភាពការងាររបស់គណៈកម្មការសាខាសមាគមនារីកម្ពុជាដើម្បីសន្តិភាពនិងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីលោកជំទាវ ហ៊ុន ដានី ប្រធានប្រតិបត្តិ លោកជំទាវអនុប្រធាន និងលោកជំទាវ លោកស្រីជាមាជិកាគណៈកម្មការសាខា អនុសាខាសមាគមនារីកម្ពុជាដើម្បីសន្តិភាព និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ សរុបចំនួន ១២៣នាក់។
ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្តើម លោកជំទាវប្រធានកិត្តិយស បានថ្លែងនូវការគោរពដឹងគុណចំពោះស្មារតី និងគំរូវីរភាពនៃការចូលរួម និងការលះបង់របស់សម្តេចកិត្តិព្រឹទ្ធបណ្ឌិត ប៊ុន រ៉ានី ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានកាកបាទក្រហមកម្ពុជា, សម្តេចកិត្តិសង្គហបណ្ឌិត ម៉ែន សំអន ប្រធានសមាគមនារីកម្ពុជាដើម្បីសន្តិភាព និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍, លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត ពេជ ចន្ទមុន្នី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត អគ្គស្នងការសមាគមកាយឫទ្ធិនារីកម្ពុជា និងជាអនុប្រធានអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍កាកបាទក្រហមកម្ពុជា ដែលជានិច្ចកាលតែងគិតគូរអំពីសុខទុក្ខ និងស្ថានភាពរបស់ស្ត្រីកម្ពុជាគ្រប់រូប។
លោកជំទាវប្រធានកិត្តិយស ក៏បានកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីនារីទាំងអស់នៃក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ជាពិសេសសសាខាមាគមនារីកម្ពុជាដើម្បីសន្តិភាព និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ដែលបានចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងសកម្មភាពមនុស្សធម៌និងសង្គមនាពេលកន្លងមក ការចូលរួមលើកកម្ពស់សីលធម៌សង្គម តម្លៃស្ត្រី និងគ្រួសារខ្មែរ ព្រមទាំងការងារជំរុញអភិវឌ្ឍន៍វិស័យទេសចរណ៍នៅកម្ពុជា ដែលជាតួនាទីស្នូលដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់ និងមិនអាចខ្វះបានពីការចូលរួមរបស់ស្ត្រី។
ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះផងដែរ លោកជំទាវប្រធានកិត្តិយស ក៏បានជំរុញលើកទឹកចិត្តបន្ថែមទៀតដល់បងប្អូននារីក្នុងសមាគមឱ្យចូលរួមថែរក្សាសន្តិភាព និងប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់ជានិច្ចនូវអំពើល្អ សីលធម៌ និងគុណតម្លៃស្ត្រីខ្មែរ ថែមទាំងជំរុញឱ្យសមាគមនារី និងមន្ត្រីនារីទាំងអស់បន្តខិតខំអនុវត្តការងារដោយការទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់ មានសាមគ្គីភាព ឯកភាពផ្ទៃក្នុងរឹងមាំ ចេះជួយគ្នា ចែករំលែកគ្នាទាំងស្មារតី កម្លាំងកាយ កម្លាំងចិត្ត ក៏ដូចជាសម្ភារៈ ថវិកា ទៅតាមលទ្ធភាពដែលអាចធ្វើបាន សំដៅកសាងសមានចិត្ត និងសុខដុមនីយកម្មទាំងខាងក្នុង និងខាងក្រៅ។
ជាងនេះទៀត លោកជំទាវប្រធានកិត្តិយស បានជំរុញឱ្យនារីចូលរួមដោយសកម្មបំផុត ក្នុងការកសាងពង្រឹងភាពធន់ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយពីកិត្តិនាមកម្ពុជា តាមរយៈយុទ្ធនាការ «ទស្សនាកម្ពុជានៅរដូវកាលបៃតង » ដើម្បីចូលរួមចំណែកបង្កើតចំណូលមូលដ្ឋាន និងសេវាកម្មទេសចរណ៍ដែលមានគុណភាព៕

Her Excellency Song Thida Huot Hak: Encouraging women in the association to help preserve peace and uphold good deeds, morality, and the values of Khmer women, emphasizing that women are an important force in developing the tourism sector with creativity, responsibility, and solidarity to contribute to build more prosperous and sustainable Cambodian society.
The Women’s Association for Peace and Development of the Ministry of Tourism held a meeting to review the achievements of the first quarter and set priorities for the second quarter of 2026 under the high presidency of Her Excellency Song Thida Huot Hak, Honorary President of the Women’s Association for Peace and Development of the Ministry of Tourism.
The meeting aimed to introduce the vice presidents and members of the association’s committee and to review the progress report of the Women’s Association for Peace and Development of the Ministry of Tourism.
The meeting was attended by Her Excellency Hun Dany, Executive President, vice presidents, and female members of the committee and sub-committees of the Women’s Association for Peace and Development of the Ministry of Tourism, with a total of 123 participants.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Honorary President expressed profound gratitude for the spirit, dedication, and sacrifices of Samdech Kittipritthbandit Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Red Cross; Samdech Kittisangahabandit Men Sam An, President of the Cambodian Women for Peace and Development Association; and Her Excellency Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet, Chief Commissioner of the Cambodian Girl Guides Association and Permanent Vice President of the Cambodian Red Cross, who have consistently cared for the well-being and conditions of Cambodian women.
Her Excellency also highly praised the efforts of all female leaders and officials of the Ministry of Tourism, especially the Women’s Association for Peace and Development of the Ministry of Tourism, for their active contributions to humanitarian and social activities, promoting social morality, preserving the values of Khmer women and families, and supporting the development of Cambodia’s tourism sector—an essential role in which women’s participation is indispensable.
On this occasion, the Honorary President further encouraged women in the association to continue contributing to peace preservation and to consistently uphold good deeds, morality, and the values of Khmer women. She also urged all women’s associations and female officials to continue carrying out their responsibilities with a high sense of accountability, strong solidarity, internal unity, mutual support, and a spirit of sharing—whether through encouragement, physical effort, emotional support, materials, or financial contributions according to their capacity—to promote harmony both internally and externally.
Furthermore, Her Excellency encouraged women to actively participate in strengthening resilience and promoting Cambodia’s image through the “Visit Cambodia in the Green Season” campaign, contributing to local income generation and improving the quality of tourism services.
