គណៈប្រតិភូធុរជនចិនទៀជីវពិភពលោកប្រមាណ ៤០០រូប ដើរតួនាទីជាទូតសុច្ឆន្ទៈ ក្នុងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយសក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍ កាលានុវត្តភាពវិនិយោគនៅកម្ពុជា និងគោលនយោបាយលើកលែងទិដ្ឋាការសម្រាប់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋចិន ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ទៅកាន់សហគមន៍ធុរកិច្ច និងវិនិយោគិនអន្តរជាតិ
ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតី និងថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាក្នុង «កិច្ចប្រជុំទូលាយប្រធានសមាគមនៃមហាសន្និបាតធុរជនចិនទៀជីវពិភពលោក លើកទី១១» ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្តម វ៉ាង វិនពីន ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតវិសាមញ្ញ និងពេញសមត្ថភាពនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិនប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា, លោកអ្នកឧកញ៉ា ពុង ឃាវសែ ប្រធានសមាគមសម្ព័ន្ធខ្មែរ-ចិននៅកម្ពុជា និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មការរៀបចំមហាសន្និបាតធុរជនចិនទៀជីវពិភពលោក លើកទី១១ ព្រមទាំងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ គណៈប្រតិភូធុរជនចិនទៀជីវ វិនិយោគិន និងភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយសជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិប្រមាណជាង ៤០០នាក់ មកពីបណ្តាប្រទេសនានាជុំវិញពិភពលោក។
ក្នុងឱកាសនេះដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា មហាសន្និបាតធុរជនចិនទៀជីវពិភពលោក លើកទី១១ ដែលគ្រោងនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ គឺជាព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អន្តរជាតិដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់ និងជាលើកទី១ ក្នុងប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រដែលមហាសន្និបាតនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងនៅក្រៅប្រទេសចិន។ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះនឹងក្លាយជាឱកាសដ៏មានតម្លៃសម្រាប់កម្ពុជាក្នុងការបង្ហាញពីសក្តានុពលសេដ្ឋកិច្ច បរិយាកាសវិនិយោគ និងភាពទាក់ទាញនៃវិស័យទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជាទៅកាន់ឆាកអន្តរជាតិ ព្រមទាំងពង្រឹងចំណងមិត្តភាព និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងកម្ពុជា និងចិនឱ្យកាន់តែរឹងមាំ។
ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានបញ្ជាក់ថា កម្ពុជា នៅតែរក្សាបាននូវស្ថិរភាពនយោបាយ សន្តិសុខ និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ដែលជាមូលដ្ឋានដ៏សំខាន់សម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ និងការទាក់ទាញវិនិយោគិនបរទេស។ សរុបជារួម កម្ពុជា គឺជាគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍ប្រកបដោយសុខសុវត្ថិភាព មិត្តភាព និងបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ចដ៏កក់ក្តៅ ដែលត្រៀមខ្លួនរួចជាស្រេចក្នុងការទទួលស្វាគមន៍ភ្ញៀវទេសចរ និងវិនិយោគិនពីជុំវិញពិភពលោក។
គួរបញ្ជាក់ថា ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋចិនអាចចូលមកកម្ពុជាដោយមិនចាំបាច់ស្នើសុំទិដ្ឋាការ ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលសាកល្បងចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែមិថុនា ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយអាចស្នាក់នៅរយៈពេល ១៤ថ្ងៃ និងអាចចូលចេញបានច្រើនដង។
សូមជម្រាបជូនថា យោងតាមស្ថិតិទេសចរណ៍ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ កម្ពុជាបានទទួលភ្ញៀវទេសចរអន្តរជាតិប្រមាណ ៦,៧លាននាក់ ដែលក្នុងនោះមានភ្ញៀវទេសចរចិនជាង ១,២លាននាក់ កើនឡើងប្រមាណ ៤២ភាគរយ។ ដោយឡែក ក្នុងរយៈពេលប្រាំខែដំបូងនៃឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ភ្ញៀវទេសចរចិនបានឈរនៅលំដាប់ទី១ ក្នុងចំណោមភ្ញៀវទេសចរអន្តរជាតិដែលធ្វើដំណើរមកកម្ពុជា ដែលឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីសក្តានុពលខ្ពស់នៃទីផ្សារទេសចរចិនសម្រាប់វិស័យទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា។

Around 400 Delegates of the Teochew Chinese Business Convention Worldwide to Serve as Goodwill Ambassadors Promoting Cambodia’s Tourism Potential, Investment Opportunities, and 2026 Visa Exemption Policy for Chinese Citizens to the International Business and Investment Community
H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, presided over and delivered remarks at the “Expanded Meeting of Association Presidents of the 11th Teochew Chinese Business Convention Worldwide.” The event was attended by H.E. Wang Wenbin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Kingdom of Cambodia; Neak Oknha Pung Kheav Se, President of the Cambodia-China Friendship Association and Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the 11th Teochew Chinese Business Convention Worldwide; as well as leaders of relevant ministries and institutions, Teochew Chinese business delegates, investors, and distinguished national and international guests, totaling more than 400 participants from countries around the world.
On this occasion, H.E. the Minister emphasized that the 11th Teochew Chinese Business Convention Worldwide, scheduled to take place in the Kingdom of Cambodia from 2–5 December 2026, is a significant international event and marks the first time in history that the convention will be held outside China. The event will provide a valuable opportunity for Cambodia to showcase its economic potential, investment climate, and tourism attractions to the international community, while further strengthening friendship and cooperation between Cambodia and China.
H.E. the Minister also highlighted that Cambodia continues to maintain political stability, security, and economic growth, which serve as key foundations for the development of the tourism sector and the attraction of foreign investment. Overall, Cambodia is a safe, friendly, and welcoming tourism destination, fully prepared to receive tourists and investors from around the world.
The Minister further noted that approximately 400 delegates attending the convention will play an important role as goodwill ambassadors in promoting Cambodia’s tourism potential, investment opportunities, and the country’s visa exemption policy for Chinese citizens to business communities and international investors worldwide.
It should be noted that Chinese citizens will be allowed to enter Cambodia without a visa during a trial period from 15 June to 15 October 2026, with permission to stay for up to 14 days and make multiple entries during the validity period.
According to tourism statistics for 2025, Cambodia welcomed approximately 6.7 million international tourists, including more than 1.2 million Chinese visitors, representing an increase of around 42 percent. Meanwhile, during the first five months of 2026, Chinese tourists ranked first among all international visitors traveling to Cambodia, reflecting the strong potential of the Chinese market for Cambodia’s tourism sector.
