កិច្ចប្រជុំជាមួយតំណាងស្ថានទូត និងដៃគូពាក់ព័ន្ធស្តីពីការត្រៀមរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អម «ភូមិហ្រ្វង់កូហ្វូន-Village Francophone»
នារសៀលថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងជាអនុប្រធានគណៈកម្មការជាតិរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូនីលើកទី២០ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាសហអធិបតីក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំស្តីពី «ការផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានទូទៅ និងសកម្មភាពត្រៀមរៀបចំព្រឹត្តការណ៍ “ភូមិហ្រ្វង់កូហ្វូន”» ក្រោមសហអធិបតីភាពលោកជំទាវកិត្តិបណ្ឌិត អ៊ឹង កន្ថាផាវី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងកិច្ចការនារី និងជាប្រធានអនុគណៈកម្មការទី៥ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័ន ឯកឧត្តម និងលោកជំទាវឯកអគ្គរាជទូត និងតំណាងស្ថានទូតនៃបណ្តាប្រទេសនិយាយភាសាបារាំង ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អន្តរជាតិ សភាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងវិស័យឯកជន និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធសរុបប្រមាណជាង១០០រូប។
ក្នុងឱកាសនេះដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថាឆ្នាំ២០២៦ គឺជាឆ្នាំប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រសម្រាប់កម្ពុជា ដែលទទួលបានកិត្តិយសធ្វើជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូនីលើកទី២០ ហើយការរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អម «ភូមិហ្រ្វង់កូហ្វូន» មិនត្រឹមតែជាមោទនភាពជាតិប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែក៏ជាឱកាសដ៏សំខាន់ក្នុងការបង្ហាញពី «ស្នាមញញឹមកម្ពុជា ជាស្នាមញញឹមហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូនី» ទៅកាន់ពិភពលោកផងដែរ។
ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានមានប្រសាសន៍បន្ថែមថា វាក៏ជាឱកាសសម្រាប់ធ្វើការបង្ហាញនូវវប្បធម៌ និងទំនៀមទំលាប់នៃប្រទេសជាសមាជិកជាង៩០ប្រទេស ផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្មរបស់សហគ្រិនទាំងអស់ជូនដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំជុំវិញពិភពលោក គណៈប្រតិភូពីគ្រប់ទ្វីប និងសាធារណជនដែលរំពឹងថានឹងមកទស្សនាជាង១០០.០០០នាក់ក្នុងអំឡុងរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះ។
កិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូនី ជាជំនួបរវាងប្រមុខរដ្ឋ និងប្រមុខរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃបណ្តាប្រទេសជាសមាជិកអង្គការអន្តរជាតិនៃក្រុមប្រទេសនិយាយភាសាបារាំង (OIF) ដើម្បីពិភាក្សា និងផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់លើបញ្ហាសំខាន់ៗ ដូចជា នយោបាយអន្តរជាតិ សេដ្ឋកិច្ចពិភពលោក កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូនី សិទ្ធិមនុស្ស អប់រំ វប្បធម៌ និងប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ជាដើម។ នាឱកាសនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលនេះ ក៏មានរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អមសំខាន់ៗ ចំនួនពីរ គឺ៖ ភូមិហ្រ្វង់កូហ្វូន (Village Francophone) និង ភូមិហ្វ្រង់កូតិច (FrancoTech)។
ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អន្តរជាតិដ៏អស្ចារ្យ និងមានលក្ខណៈជាប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រនេះ ត្រូវបានរំពឹងថានឹងមានការចូលរួមពីប្រទេសសមាជិកជាង ៩០ប្រទេស ព្រមទាំងអ្នកសារព័ត៌មានជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិយ៉ាងច្រើនកុះករ ដែលនឹងរួមចំណែកជំរុញការផ្សព្វផ្សាយអំពីសក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍ វប្បធម៌ និងបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ចរបស់កម្ពុជាទៅកាន់ពិភពលោក និងលើកកម្ពស់កិត្តិនាមកម្ពុជានៅលើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ។
សូមជម្រាបជូនថា ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ «ភូមិហ្រ្វង់កូហ្វូន-Village Francophone» នឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅរយៈពេល៥ថ្ងៃ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅសួនច្បារវត្តបុទុមវត្តី រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ដោយមានការរៀបចំទីតាំងសំខាន់ៗ ចំនួន៦ រួមមាន៖ ពន្លាជាតិ (National Pavilions) វេទិកាសិល្បៈប្រចាំថ្ងៃ កន្លែងសិក្ខាសាលា និងកិច្ចពិភាក្សា ភូមិម្ហូបអាហារ (Gastronomic Village) តំបន់ពិព័រណ៍ផលិតផលកម្ពុជា និងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលព័ត៌មាន (Media Lounge)។

Meeting with Embassy Representatives and Stakeholders on Preparations for the “Village Francophone” Side Event
On the afternoon of 11 June 2026, H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism and Vice-Chairman of the National Committee for the Organization of the 20th Francophonie Summit 2026, co-chaired a meeting on the “General Information and Preparatory Activities for the Village Francophone Event.” The meeting was co-chaired by H.E. Dr. Ing Kantha Phavi, Minister of Women’s Affairs and Chairwoman of Sub-Committee No. 5. It was attended by senior leaders from ministries and institutions, ambassadors and representatives of embassies from French-speaking countries, international development partners, chambers of commerce, representatives of the private sector, and other relevant stakeholders, totaling more than 100 participants.
On this occasion, H.E. the Minister emphasized that 2026 is a historic year for Cambodia, which has the honor of hosting the 20th Francophonie Summit. The organization of the “Village Francophone” side event is not only a source of national pride but also an important opportunity to showcase the message that “The Cambodian Smile is the Francophonie Smile” to the world. The Minister further noted that the event will also provide an opportunity to present the cultures and traditions of more than 90 member countries, as well as the products and services of entrepreneurs, to world leaders, delegations from all continents, and the general public, with more than 100,000 visitors expected throughout the event.
The Francophonie Summit is a gathering of Heads of State and Government from member countries of the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF), aimed at discussing and exchanging views on key issues such as international politics, the global economy, Francophone cooperation, human rights, education, culture, and democracy. In conjunction with the Summit, two major side events will be organized: the Village Francophone and FrancoTech.
This remarkable and historic international event is expected to welcome participants from more than 90 member countries, as well as a large number of national and international media representatives. The event will contribute to promoting Cambodia’s tourism potential, culture, and hospitality to the world while enhancing the Kingdom’s reputation on the international stage.
It should be noted that the “Village Francophone” event will take place over five days, from 13 to 17 November 2026, at Wat Botum Park in Phnom Penh. The event will feature six key areas: National Pavilions, a Daily Cultural and Artistic Stage, Seminar and Discussion Spaces, a Gastronomic Village, a Cambodian Products Exhibition Area, and a Media Lounge.

L’organisation de l’événement parallèle « Village Francophone » représente non seulement une fierté nationale, mais également une occasion importante de promouvoir auprès du monde entier le message selon lequel « Le sourire cambodgien est le sourire de la Francophonie ». Il a également indiqué que cet événement offrira l’opportunité de mettre en valeur les cultures et traditions de plus de 90 pays membres, ainsi que les produits et services des entrepreneurs, auprès des dirigeants du monde, des délégations venues de tous les continents et du grand public. Plus de 100 000 visiteurs sont attendus durant cette manifestation.
Le Sommet de la Francophonie réunit les Chefs d’État et de Gouvernement des pays membres de l’Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) afin de discuter et d’échanger sur des questions majeures telles que la politique internationale, l’économie mondiale, la coopération francophone, les droits de l’homme, l’éducation, la culture et la démocratie. À l’occasion de ce Sommet, deux événements parallèles majeurs seront organisés : le Village Francophone et FrancoTech.
Cet événement international exceptionnel et historique devrait accueillir des participants provenant de plus de 90 pays membres, ainsi qu’un grand nombre de journalistes nationaux et internationaux. Il contribuera à promouvoir le potentiel touristique, la richesse culturelle et l’hospitalité du Cambodge à l’échelle mondiale, tout en renforçant le rayonnement du Royaume sur la scène internationale.
À noter que l’événement « Village Francophone » se tiendra pendant cinq jours, du 13 au 17 novembre 2026, au parc Wat Botum, à Phnom Penh. Il comprendra six espaces principaux : les Pavillons nationaux, une Scène artistique quotidienne, des Espaces de séminaires et de débats, un Village gastronomique, une Zone d’exposition des produits cambodgiens et un Espace médias (Media Lounge).
