ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ អញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងទិវានៃប្រទេសរុស្ស៊ី (Russia Day) និងខួបលើកទី៧០ នៃទំនាក់ទំនងការទូតទ្វេភាគី ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពរបស់ឯកឧត្តម អាណាតូលី បូរ៉ូវីក (Anatoly Borovik) ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតរុស្ស៊ីប្រចាំកម្ពុជា និងតំណាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ឯកឧត្តម លី ធុជ ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងជាអនុប្រធានទី១ នៃអាជ្ញាធរមីន ជាតំណាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល តំណាងស្ថាប័ននានា អង្គទូត និងភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយសជាច្រើនរូប។

H.E. HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, attended the celebration of Russia Day and the 70th Anniversary of Bilateral Diplomatic Relations, held under the auspices of H.E. Anatoly Borovik, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Cambodia, and with the participation of H.E. Ly Thuch, Senior Minister and First Vice President of the Cambodian Mine Action and Victim Assistance Authority (CMAA), representing the Royal Government of Cambodia.
The event was attended by senior leaders of the Royal Government of Cambodia, representatives of various institutions, members of the diplomatic corps, and numerous distinguished guests.
