កុមារគឺជាគ្រាប់ពូជនៃអនាគតជាតិ និងជាកម្លាំងចលករសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍសង្គម និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចកម្ពុជា
ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងលោកជំទាវ សុង ធីតា បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីអបអរសាទរខួបលើកទី៧៧ ទិវាកុមារអន្តរជាតិ ១ មិថុនា ខួបលើកទី២៥ ទិវាពិភពលោកប្រឆាំងពលកម្មកុមារ ១២ មិថុនា និងទិវាកុមារកម្ពុជា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «សន្តិភាព ជាមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះនៃការគោរព និងកិច្ចគាំពារសិទ្ធិកុមារ» ដើម្បីបង្ហាញពីការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ចំពោះកុមារ លើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងអំពីសិទ្ធិកុមារ និងជំរុញការចូលរួមពីគ្រប់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធក្នុងការការពារ ថែទាំ និងអភិវឌ្ឍកុមារ។
ពិធីនេះបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្នុងបរិយាកាសសប្បាយរីករាយ និងពោរពេញដោយភាពកក់ក្តៅ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ឧកញ៉ា ប្រធាន និងតំណាងសហព័ន្ធ សមាគមក្នុងឧស្សាហកម្មទេសចរណ៍ ប្រតិបត្តិករទេសចរណ៍ ព្រមទាំងអាណាព្យាបាល និងកុមារស កុមារី សរុបប្រមាណ ៤៥០នាក់។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា «កុមារគឺជាគ្រាប់ពូជនៃអនាគតជាតិ» និងជាធនធានមនុស្សដ៏មានតម្លៃដែលនឹងក្លាយជាកម្លាំងស្នូលសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍសង្គម និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិទៅថ្ងៃអនាគត។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី មានប្រសាសន៍បន្តថា ការធានាសិទ្ធិ សុខុមាលភាព ការអប់រំ ការថែទាំសុខភាព និងសុវត្ថិភាពរបស់កុមារ គឺជាការវិនិយោគដ៏មានតម្លៃបំផុតសម្រាប់ការកសាងធនធានមនុស្សប្រកបដោយគុណភាព និងនិរន្តរភាព។
ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានលើកឡើងថា សន្តិភាព និងស្ថិរភាពសង្គម គឺជាមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះដ៏សំខាន់ដែលធានាឱ្យកុមារគ្រប់រូបអាចរស់នៅប្រកបដោយសុវត្ថិភាព ទទួលបានសិទ្ធិពេញលេញ មានឱកាសស្មើគ្នាក្នុងការរៀនសូត្រ និងអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាពរបស់ខ្លួន ដើម្បីក្លាយជាពលរដ្ឋល្អសម្រាប់សង្គមជាតិ។
ក្នុងកម្មវិធីនេះ ក៏មានការរៀបចំសកម្មភាពកម្សាន្ត និងអប់រំជាច្រើន រួមមានការសម្តែងសិល្បៈ ការឆ្លើយសំណួរយករង្វាន់ ការគូររូប និងផាត់ពណ៌ ការគូសរូបលើផ្ទៃមុខ ការពិសារអាហារសម្រន់ជុំគ្នា និងសកម្មភាពកម្សាន្តផ្សេងៗទៀត ដែលបានបង្កើតបរិយាកាសសប្បាយរីករាយ និងបន្សល់ទុកនូវអនុស្សាវរីយ៍ល្អៗសម្រាប់កុមារ។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍បានផ្តល់ឃីតសិក្សាដល់កុមារចំនួន ២៤៧នាក់ និងក្រុមកុមារសម្តែងចំនួន ៣៧នាក់ ដោយម្នាក់ៗទទួលបានឃីតមួយកញ្ចប់ រួមមាន សៀវភៅ ប៊ិច បន្ទាត់ ខ្មៅដៃ និងនំ។
បន្ថែមពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ និងលោកជំទាវ សុង ធីតា បានឧបត្ថម្ភថវិកាចំនួន ៣លានរៀល ដល់អង្គការ PSE ដើម្បីចូលរួមគាំទ្រសកម្មភាពអប់រំ និងសុខុមាលភាពកុមារ។
កាយវិការនេះបានបង្ហាញពីការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ក្នុងការរួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់សុខុមាលភាព និងអនាគតរបស់កុមារកម្ពុជា ស្របតាមគោលនយោបាយរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល។

“Children are the seeds of the nation’s future and a driving force for Cambodia’s social and economic development.”
H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, and Lok Chumteav Song Thida presided over the celebration of the 77th International Children’s Day (1 June), the 25th World Day Against Child Labour (12 June), and Cambodian Children’s Day 2026, under the theme: “Peace as the Foundation for the Respect and Protection of Children’s Rights.” The event aimed to demonstrate care and attention for children, raise awareness of children’s rights, and encourage the participation of all stakeholders in protecting, nurturing, and developing children.
The celebration was held in a joyful and warm atmosphere, attended by senior leaders of the Ministry of Tourism, Oknhas, presidents and representatives of tourism federations and associations, tourism operators, parents, and approximately 450 children.
On this occasion, H.E. the Minister emphasized that “Children are the seeds of the nation’s future” and are valuable human resources who will become the driving force behind the country’s future social and economic development. He further stated that ensuring children’s rights, well-being, education, healthcare, and safety is the most valuable investment in building high-quality and sustainable human capital.
H.E. the Minister also highlighted that peace and social stability are fundamental pillars that enable every child to live safely, fully enjoy their rights, access equal educational opportunities, and develop their potential to become responsible and productive citizens.
The event featured a variety of educational and recreational activities, including cultural performances, quiz competitions with prizes, drawing and coloring activities, face painting, shared refreshments, and other entertainment programs. These activities created a joyful environment and left lasting memories for the children.
During the event, the Ministry of Tourism distributed educational kits to 247 children and 37 child performers, with each child receiving a package containing notebooks, pens, rulers, pencils, and snacks.
In addition, H.E. Huot Hak and Lok Chumteav Song Thida donated 3 million riel to the PSE Organization to support educational activities and the well-being of children.
This gesture reflects the Ministry of Tourism’s commitment and dedication to promoting the welfare and future of Cambodian children in line with the policies of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
