ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូជាន់ខ្ពស់ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងវិស័យឯកជន ជួបពិភាក្សាការងារ និងផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់កម្រិតខ្ពស់ជាមួយលោក Chen Xi អភិបាលក្រុងសានយ៉ា និងសហការីជាន់ខ្ពស់ក្រុង ស្តីពីការពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការវិស័យទេសចរណ៍រវាងកម្ពុជា និងក្រុងសានយ៉ា ឱ្យកាន់តែជាក់ស្តែង និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព នៅទីក្រុងសានយ៉ា ខេត្តហៃណាន។
ក្នុងជំនួបពិភាក្សាជាក់ស្តែង និងស៊ីជម្រៅលើគ្រប់ទិដ្ឋភាពនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិទេសចរណ៍ លោកអភិបាលក្រុងសានយ៉ា បានស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅចំពោះដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចការងាររបស់ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំជាន់ខ្ពស់ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងវិស័យឯកជនមកកាន់ទីក្រុងសានយ៉ា ព្រមទាំងបានបង្ហាញការចាប់អារម្មណ៍យ៉ាងខ្លាំងចំពោះសុខសន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាពនយោបាយ ការអភិវឌ្ឍលើគ្រប់វិស័យ និងសក្តានុពលវិស័យទេសចរណ៍របស់កម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍វប្បធម៌ ប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រខេត្តសៀមរាប ដែលជាគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍ដ៏ល្បីល្បាញ និងពេញនិយមដែលអាចទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរចិនទៅទស្សនាកម្ពុជាកាន់តែច្រើនកុះករ។
ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ លោកអភិបាលក្រុង ក៏បានគូសបញ្ជាក់អំពីសក្តានុពលសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងទេសចរណ៍របស់ទីក្រុងសានយ៉ា ដែលត្រូវបានគេស្គាល់ថាជា “Hawaii នៃបូព៌ា” ដោយសារមានឆ្នេរសមុទ្រស្រស់ស្អាត អាកាសធាតុក្តៅពេញមួយឆ្នាំ និងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធទេសចរណ៍ទំនើប។ សានយ៉ាក៏ជាគោលដៅសំខាន់សម្រាប់ទេសចរណ៍សម្រាកកម្សាន្ត ការទិញទំនិញរួចពន្ធ និងការវិនិយោគវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ីផងដែរ។
តាមរយៈជំនួបប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កា ភាគីទាំងពីរ បានឯកភាពជំរុញ និងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទេសចរណ៍រវាងកម្ពុជា និងទីក្រុងសានយ៉ា ឱ្យកាន់តែជាក់ស្តែង និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព តាមរយៈការពិនិត្យលទ្ធភាពចុះអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា (MoU) រវាងទីក្រុងសានយ៉ា និងមន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តក្រុងដែលមានសក្តានុពលរបស់កម្ពុជា ដើម្បីជំរុញការផ្សព្វផ្សាយសក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍រួមគ្នា និងការពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងវិស័យឯកជននៃភាគីទាំងពីរ។
បន្ថែមពីលើនេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរ ក៏បានពិភាក្សាលើការជំរុញការតភ្ជាប់ជើងហោះហើរត្រង់ និងទៀងទាត់រវាងទីក្រុងសានយ៉ា និងគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍សំខាន់ៗ របស់កម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ខេត្តសៀមរាប និងខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ ដើម្បីបង្កើនភាពងាយស្រួលក្នុងការធ្វើដំណើររបស់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរ អ្នកធ្វើដំណើរជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ ព្រមទាំងពង្រឹងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរប្រជាជននិងប្រជាជន។
ក្នុងឱកាសនេះដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានស្នើឱ្យភាគីសានយ៉ា ជួយផ្សព្វផ្សាយគោលនយោបាយលើកលែងទិដ្ឋាការសម្រាប់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរចិន និងរៀបចំវេទិកាធុរកិច្ចទេសចរណ៍ ក៏ដូចជាកម្មវិធី FAM Trip សម្រាប់ក្រុមហ៊ុនទេសចរណ៍ អ្នកសារព័ត៌មានចិន និង Influencers ល្បីៗ ប្រចាំក្រុង មកទស្សនាស្វែងយល់ពីគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា និងជំរុញឱ្យមានកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងក្រុមហ៊ុនទេសចរណ៍ សណ្ឋាគារ និងក្រុមហ៊ុនអាកាសចរណ៍ ដើម្បីបង្កើតផលិតផលទេសចរណ៍ថ្មីៗ និងទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាច្រើនបន្ថែមទៀត។
គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា ទីក្រុងសានយ៉ាន គឺជាទីក្រុងទេសចរណ៍ដ៏សំខាន់មួយរបស់ខេត្តហៃណាន ដែលមានសក្តានុពលខ្ពស់លើវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ សេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ហើយក៏ជាគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍ល្បីល្បាញរបស់ប្រទេសចិន និងតំបន់អាស៊ីផងដែរ។

Cambodian Ministry of Tourism and Sanya Municipal Administration to Sign Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Tourism Cooperation to Boost More Chinese Tourists to Cambodia
H.E. Mr. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, led a high-level delegation from the Ministry of Tourism and the private sector to meet with Mr. Chen Xi, Governor of Sanya, and senior city officials to discuss and exchange high-level views on strengthening and expanding tourism cooperation between Cambodia and Sanya to be more practical and effective in Sanya city, Hainan Province.
During the practical and in-depth discussions on all aspects of tourism cooperation, the Governor of Sanya warmly welcomed the working visit of H.E. the Minister and senior leaders of the Ministry of Tourism and the private sector to Sanya city, and expressed keen interest in Cambodia’s peace, political stability, development in all sectors, and tourism potential, especially the cultural and historical tourist destination of Siem Reap province, a famous and popular tourist destination that can attract more Chinese tourists to visit Cambodia.
Meanwhile, the mayor also highlighted the economic and tourism potential of Sanya city, known as the “Hawaii of the East” due to its beautiful beaches, year-round warm weather and modern tourism infrastructure. Sanya city is also a major destination for leisure tourism, duty-free shopping and tourism investment in Asia.
Through the fruitful meeting, the two sides agreed to promote and strengthen tourism cooperation between Cambodia and Sanya city more concretely and effectively by examining the possibility of signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Sanya city and potential provincial and municipal tourism departments of Cambodia to promote joint tourism promotion and strengthen ties between both two sides’ private sectors.
In addition, the two sides also discussed promoting direct and regular flight connections between Sanya city and major tourist destinations in Cambodia, especially Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville provinces, to improve the convenience and seamless travel experience for tourists, national and international travelers, as well as enhance people-to-people exchanges.
On this occasion, H.E. Minister also requests the Sanya side to help promote the visa-free policy for Chinese tourists and organize a tourism business forum as well as the FAM Trip program for travel companies, Chinese journalists and well-known influencers in the city to visit and explore Cambodian tourism destinations, and to promote cooperation between travel companies, hotels and airlines to create new tourism products and attract more tourists.
It is to note that Sanya is an important tourist city of Hainan Province with high potential in tourism, economy and trade, and is also a famous tourist destination in China and Asia.
