ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ បានអញ្ជើញចុះហត្ថលេខាប្រកាសលទ្ធផលវិញ្ញាសាសរសេរ នៃការប្រឡងជ្រើសរើសបេក្ខជន និងបេក្ខនារី ចូលរៀនវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ទេសចរណ៍ ថ្នាក់ជាតិ ជំនាន់ទី៧ និងថ្នាក់តំបន់រាជធានីភ្នំពេញនិងតំបន់ជុំវិញ ជំនាន់ទី២១ នៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យធនធានមនុស្ស ដែលការប្រឡងនេះមានគោលបំណងជ្រើសរើសធនធានមនុស្សដែលមានសមត្ថភាព និងមានគុណភាពខ្ពស់ ដើម្បីចូលរួមបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនិងអភិវឌ្ឍវិជ្ជាជីវៈជាមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ទេសចរណ៍បម្រើដល់ការលើកកម្ពស់វិស័យទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជាឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពប្រកបដោយគុណភាព និងភាពប្រកួតប្រជែង។

ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានបញ្ជាក់ថា ការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្សជាគន្លឹះសំខាន់ក្នុងការលើកស្ទួយគុណភាពសេវាកម្មទេសចរណ៍ និងបង្កើនភាពទាក់ទាញរបស់គោលដៅទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា ក្នុងបរិបទនៃការប្រកួតប្រជែងក្នុងតំបន់ និងអន្តរជាតិ។

ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍នឹងបន្តពង្រឹងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងការត្រួតពិនិត្យគុណភាពមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ទេសចរណ៍ ដើម្បីធានាថាមានវិជ្ជាជីវៈ សុចរិតភាព និងសមត្ថភាពគ្រប់គ្រាន់ ក្នុងការផ្តល់បទពិសោធន៍ដ៏ល្អដល់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ។

H.E. Minister HUOT Hak: “Those who are capable will succeed” — Examinations must uphold transparency, integrity, fairness, and merit-based principles

H.E. HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, presided over the signing of the official results of the written examination for candidates applying to the Tourism Guide Training Program — National Level, 7th Generation, and Phnom Penh and Surrounding Regions Level, 21st Generation — held at the Human Resources University.

This examination aims to select qualified and high-caliber human resources to undergo professional training and development as tourism guides, contributing to the advancement of Cambodia’s tourism sector in terms of efficiency, quality, and competitiveness.

On this occasion, H.E. the Minister emphasized that human resource development is a key pillar in enhancing the quality of tourism services and strengthening the attractiveness of Cambodia as a tourism destination in both regional and international contexts.

Furthermore, the Ministry of Tourism will continue to strengthen training programs and quality control mechanisms for tourism guides to ensure professionalism, integrity, and sufficient capacity in delivering excellent experiences to both domestic and international tourists.
