ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ រួមជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម អ៊ុន ចាន់ដា អភិបាល នៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តកំពង់ចាម អញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបើកសង្ក្រាន្តកំពង់ចាម និងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍លៀសហាល ទម្ងន់ ៥តោន ចម្ងាយ ១.២០០ម៉ែត្រ នៃព្រឹត្តិការណ៍សង្ក្រាន្តកំពង់ចាម នៅតាមដងផ្លូវមុខសាលាខេត្តកំពង់ចាម ដែលអាចចាត់ទុកជាព្រឹត្តការណ៍មានលក្ខណៈច្នៃប្រឌិតខ្ពស់ ដោយលៀសហាល គឺជាអាហារដ៏ពេញនិយមសម្រាប់ប្រជាជនខ្មែរនៅតាមទីជនបទ និងទីក្រុង និងមានប្រជាប្រិយភាព ព្រមទាំងមានការគាំទ្រក្នុងចំណោមមហាជនពីគ្រប់មជ្ឈដ្ឋាន ដោយបានទាក់ទាញទាំងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅមូលដ្ឋាននិងភ្ញៀវទេសចរយ៉ាងច្រើនកុះករពីគ្រប់ទិសទី។

The “Leas Hal” event, weighing 5 tons and stretching 1,200 meters, as part of the Kampong Cham Sangkran celebration, attracted a large number of tourists and local residents.
His Excellency HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, together with His Excellency UN Chanda, Governor of Kampong Cham Province, presided over the opening ceremony of Kampong Cham Sangkran and the “Leas Hal” event (5 tons, 1,200 meters). The event took place along the road in front of the Kampong Cham Provincial Hall and can be considered a highly creative initiative. Leas Hal is a popular traditional Khmer food enjoyed by people in both rural and urban areas, widely appreciated across all segments of society. The event drew a large crowd of both local residents and tourists from all directions.
This attractive event was attended by Her Excellency Leang Vuoch Cheng, Samdech Oudom Tep Nhean HUN Neng, as well as Oknhas, senior provincial leaders, and a large number of citizens.
His Excellency the Minister stated that this year’s Kampong Cham Sangkran continues to showcase the tourism potential of the region and highlights creativity in promoting Khmer culture and cuisine more broadly, while attracting visitors from all directions to come and enjoy the festivities in Kampong Cham Province.
