His Excellency HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism and Deputy Head of the Royal Government Working Group assigned to Kampong Thom Province, attended the opening ceremony of Kampong Thom Sangkran 2026 and the 9th National Day for Promoting the Use of Cambodian Products (2026).
The event was held under the high presidency of His Excellency VONGSEY Vissoth, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister, Minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers, and Head of the Royal Government Working Group assigned to Kampong Thom Province.
