អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិប្រចាំកម្ពុជា (UN) សហការជាមួយក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ដើម្បីលើកស្ទួយវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ឈានទៅដល់ការសម្រេចគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាព
ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ បានអនុញ្ញាតជូនលោកជំទាវ Vladanka Andreeva អ្នកសម្របសម្រួលអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិប្រចាំកម្ពុជា និងសហការី ចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារ ស្តីពីការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍។
ក្នុងជំនួបនេះ លោកជំទាវ Vladanka Andreeva បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះការទទួលស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅ និងបានកោតសរសើរយ៉ាងខ្លាំងចំពោះការអភិវឌ្ឍហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធរបស់កម្ពុជា ដែលមានការរីកចម្រើនគួរឲ្យកត់សម្គាល់ បើធៀបនឹងរយៈពេល១០ឆ្នាំមុន។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ លោកជំទាវ ក៏បានលើកឡើងពីដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចថ្មីៗទៅកាន់ប្រាសាទបន្ទាយឆ្មារ ដោយបានកោតសរសើរថា ប្រាសាទនេះមានសម្រស់ស្រស់ស្អាតល្អប្រណិត និងបង្ហាញពីតម្លៃប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រដ៏អស្ចារ្យរបស់បេតិកភណ្ឌខ្មែរ។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្ដៅ និងសម្តែងការអបអរសាទរដល់លោកជំទាវ ចំពោះការតែងតាំងជាអ្នកសម្របសម្រួលថ្មីរបស់ប្រព័ន្ធអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ហើយបានវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះតួនាទី និងការចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មរបស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ក្នុងការគាំទ្រការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ច សង្គម និងមនុស្សធម៌នៅកម្ពុជា កន្លងមក។
ក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានផ្តោតលើការពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងកម្ពុជា និងអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ជាពិសេសក្នុងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ ដោយផ្តោតលើការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាព តាមរយៈការកែលម្អគោលនយោបាយ និងក្របខណ្ឌអនុវត្ត ការលើកកម្ពស់ស្តង់ដារទេសចរណ៍បៃតង ការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពឆ្លើយតបនឹងការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុនៅតំបន់ទេសចរណ៍ និងការជំរុញទេសចរណ៍ផ្អែកលើសហគមន៍ ព្រមទាំងការលើកកម្ពស់ជីវភាពសហគមន៍ ការលើកទឹកចិត្តការចូលរួមរបស់យុវជន និងស្ត្រី និងការផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេសក្នុងការកសាងសមត្ថភាពធនធានមនុស្ស រួមមានជំនាញបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ច ជំនាញឌីជីថល និងជំនាញបៃតង ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការទីផ្សារទេសចរណ៍សម័យថ្មី។
ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានឯកភាពគ្នាបន្តពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យអាទិភាព ដូចជា ការអភិវឌ្ឍទេសចរណ៍ផ្អែកលើសហគមន៍ ការកែលម្អប្រព័ន្ធទិន្នន័យទេសចរណ៍ និងការប្រើប្រាស់បច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃការគ្រប់គ្រងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ និងពន្លឿនការសម្រេចបាននូវគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពនៅកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងបន្តគាំទ្រយ៉ាងសកម្មដល់កម្ពុជា ក្នុងការជំរុញវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ឱ្យមានលក្ខណៈបរិយាបន្ន និងនិរន្តរភាព ដើម្បីធានាថាកំណើនវិស័យនេះនាំមកនូវផលប្រយោជន៍ជាក់ស្តែងដល់សហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន និងស្របតាមគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សកល។
ជាកិច្ចឆ្លើយតប ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះតួនាទីរបស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ក្នុងការគាំទ្រកម្ពុជាលើវិស័យសង្គម និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ជាពិសេសការចូលរួមលើកកម្ពស់វិស័យទេសចរណ៍ឱ្យមានការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាព និងភាពរឹងមាំ។ ឯកឧត្តមក៏បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា កម្ពុជាមានសុខសន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាពនយោបាយ និងការរីកចម្រើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ដែលជាមូលដ្ឋានសំខាន់សម្រាប់ទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរ និងវិនិយោគិនអន្តរជាតិ ព្រមទាំងបង្កើតឱកាសថ្មីៗសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព។
ជាកិច្ចបញ្ចប់ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានបញ្ជាក់ពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរួម ក្នុងការបន្តពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់វិស័យទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា ឱ្យមានការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាព បរិយាបន្ន និងមានភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងខ្ពស់ ស្របតាមទិសដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជាតិ និងគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព របស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ។
គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា កម្ពុជាបានចូលជាសមាជិកអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៥៥ ហើយអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិបានចូលរួមជួយគាំទ្រកម្ពុជាសំខាន់មួយនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៩១ តាមរយៈកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពទីក្រុងប៉ារីស ដែលជាគន្លឹះសម្រាប់ការស្តារឡើងវិញនូវសន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាព និងការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។

The United Nations (UN) in Cambodia collaborates with the Ministry of Tourism to promote the tourism sector toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals
H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, granted an audience to Ms. Vladanka Andreeva, United Nations Resident Coordinator in Cambodia, along with her colleagues, for a courtesy call and working discussion on strengthening cooperation in the tourism sector at the Ministry of Tourism.
During the meeting, Ms. Vladanka Andreeva expressed her sincere appreciation for the warm welcome and highly praised Cambodia’s infrastructure development, noting its remarkable progress compared to a decade ago. She also shared her recent visit to Banteay Chhmar Temple, commending its impressive beauty and highlighting its extraordinary historical value as part of Cambodia’s cultural heritage.
In response, H.E. Huot Hak warmly welcomed and congratulated Ms. Andreeva on her appointment as the new UN Resident Coordinator in Cambodia. He also highly valued the role and active contributions of the United Nations in supporting Cambodia’s economic, social, and humanitarian development over the years.
The discussions focused on strengthening and expanding cooperation between Cambodia and the United Nations, particularly in the tourism sector. Key areas included sustainable development through improved policies and implementation frameworks, promotion of green tourism standards, strengthening climate resilience in tourism destinations, and advancing community-based tourism. The discussion also emphasized improving community livelihoods, encouraging the participation of youth and women, and providing technical support for human resource development, including hospitality, digital, and green skills to meet the evolving demands of the tourism market.
On this occasion, both sides agreed to continue enhancing cooperation in priority areas such as community-based tourism development, improvement of tourism data systems, and the use of digital technologies to increase the efficiency of tourism management and accelerate the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals in Cambodia. They also reaffirmed their commitment to supporting Cambodia in promoting inclusive and sustainable tourism, ensuring that the sector’s growth brings tangible benefits to local communities and aligns with global development goals.
In his remarks, H.E. the Minister expressed his gratitude and high appreciation for the United Nations’ role in supporting Cambodia’s socio-economic development, particularly in advancing a sustainable and resilient tourism sector. He highlighted that Cambodia’s peace, political stability, and economic growth provide a strong foundation for attracting international tourists and investors, as well as creating new opportunities for sustainable tourism development.
In conclusion, both sides reaffirmed their joint commitment to strengthening and expanding close cooperation to promote Cambodia’s tourism sector toward sustainability, inclusiveness, and greater competitiveness, in line with national development priorities and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
It is worth noting that Cambodia became a member of the United Nations in 1955. The United Nations also played a crucial role in supporting Cambodia in 1991 through the Paris Peace Agreements, which were key to restoring peace, stability, and development in the country.
