នេះជាលើកទី៦ ដែល ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ អញ្ជើញចែកអំណោយជូននិវត្តន៍ជន មន្រ្តីរាជការ មន្រ្តីកិច្ចសន្យាដែលមានជីវភាពខ្វះខាត កងកម្លាំង ភ្នាក់ងារសន្តិសុខ និងភ្នាក់ងារសម្អាតអនាម័យ ក្នុងឱកាសអបអរសាទរពិធីបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំថ្មី ប្រពៃណីជាតិខ្មែរ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០
ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ សមាជិកគណៈកម្មាធិការកណ្តាល និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការគណបក្សក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ អញ្ជើញចែកអំណោយគ្រឿងឧបភោគបរិភោគរួមមានទឹកក្រូច មី ទឹកស៊ីអ៉ីវ ទឹកត្រី និងថវិកាម្នាក់ៗ១០ម៉ឺនរៀល ជូនដល់និវត្តន៍ជន មន្រ្តីរាជការ មន្រ្តីកិច្ចសន្យាដែលមានជីវភាពខ្វះខាត កងកម្លាំងជាមន្ត្រីនគរបាល ភ្នាក់ងារសន្តិសុខ និងជាងភ្លើង ភ្នាក់ងារសម្អាតអនាម័យ ភ្នាក់ងាររត់ឯកសារ ព្រមទាំងមន្ត្រីរាជការដែលកំពុងមានជីវភាពខ្វះខាត សរុបចំនួន ២២២រូប នាឱកាសអបអរសាទរពិធីបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំថ្មី ប្រពៃណីជាតិខ្មែរ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០។
ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ មានប្រសាសន៍សំណេះសំណាល ថ្លែងអំណរគុណ និងលើកទឹកចិត្ដដល់និវត្តន៍ជន កងកម្លាំងជាមន្ត្រីនគរបាល ភ្នាក់ងារសន្តិសុខ និងជាង ភ្នាក់ងារសម្អាតអនាម័យ ភ្នាក់ងាររត់សំបុត្រ ព្រមទាំងមន្ត្រីរាជការគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់ ដែលបានខិតខំបំពេញការងារយ៉ាងសស្រាក់សស្រាំប្រកបដោយស្មារតីសាមគ្គីភាព និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់នាពេលកន្លងមកនេះ។
ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ បានមានប្រសាសន៍លើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យបន្តខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរក្សានូវសាមគ្គីភាពបន្តរួមគ្នាជួយអភិវឌ្ឍក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ទាំងអស់គ្នា។

This is the 6th time that H.E. HUOT Hak has presided over the distribution of donations to retirees, civil servants, contract staff facing financial hardship, armed forces personnel, security guards, and sanitation workers on the occasion of the Khmer New Year celebration, Year of the Horse, Buddhist Era 2570.
H.E. HUOT Hak, member of the Central Committee and Chairman of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Tourism, distributed food supplies including soft drinks, instant noodles, soy sauce, fish sauce, along with 100,000 riel in cash per person, to retirees, civil servants, contract staff in difficult living conditions, police officers, security guards, electricians, sanitation workers, document runners, and other civil servants facing hardship, totaling 222 recipients, in celebration of the Khmer New Year, Year of the Horse, Buddhist Era 2570.
During the gathering, H.E. HUOT Hak expressed gratitude and encouragement to retirees, police forces, security guards, technicians, sanitation workers, mail/document runners, and civil servants at all levels for their dedication, strong sense of unity, and high responsibility in fulfilling their duties over the past period.
At the same time, H.E. HUOT Hak encouraged everyone to continue working hard, maintaining solidarity, and contributing together to the development of the Ministry of Tourism.
