សូមបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថាកម្ពុជានិងបង់ក្លាដែសបានបង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងការទូតជាផ្លូវការ ចាប់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៩៣ មក ដោយគិតមកដល់ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នេះ មានរយៈពេលប្រមាណ ៣៣ ឆ្នាំ ដែលបានអភិវឌ្ឍទៅជាកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធលើវិស័យជាច្រើន រួមទាំងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ផងដែរ។ ទន្ទឹមនឺងនេះ ក្នុងរយៈពេល២ខែនៃដើមឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នេះ កម្ពុជាទទួលបានភ្ញៀវទេសចរអន្តរជាតិប្រមាណជាង ៧០០.០០០ នាក់ ក្នុងនោះមានភ្ញៀវទេសចរបង់ក្លាដែសមានចំនួនជាង ៣.០០០នាក់ កើនឡើងប្រមាណជាង ៦០% ប្រៀបធៀបនឹងរយៈពេលនៃឆ្នាំមុន ដែលជាសញ្ញាវិជ្ជមានសម្រាប់ការពង្រីកទីផ្សារទេសចរណ៍រវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។

The Kingdom of Cambodia and the People’s Republic of Bangladesh Strengthen Tourism Cooperation
H.E. Hout Hak, Minister of Tourism, received a courtesy call from H.E. Faiyaz Murshid Kazi, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to Cambodia, along with his delegation, focused on strengthening and expanding tourism cooperation between the two countries to a deeper level at the ministry of tourism headquarters.
During this important meeting, both sides actively exchanged views on key areas of cooperation, including the promotion of tourism destinations in both countries, further facilitation of online visa applications, the organization of exchange visits and familiarization (FAM) trips for tourism operators, the arrangement of roadshows, the development of joint tour packages, the promotion of cultural and nature-based tourism, and the enhancement of Buddhist tourism and pilgrimage routes connected to the historical, cultural, and natural heritage of both nations.
In response, both parties also expressed their commitment to promoting direct flights, particularly to key tourism destinations, as a crucial factor in increasing tourist flows.
It is worth noting that Cambodia and Bangladesh established official diplomatic relations in 1993. As of 2026, the two countries have enjoyed approximately 33 years of relations, which have developed into close cooperation across various sectors, including tourism. Moreover, during the first two months of 2026, Cambodia received nearly 700,000 international tourists, including nearly 3,000 visitors from Bangladesh, an increase of over 60% compared to last year. This reflects a positive trend in expanding the tourism market between the two countries.
