ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ មានកិត្តិយសសូមជម្រាបជូនសាធារណជន សមាគមទេសចរណ៍ ប្រតិបត្តិករទេសចរណ៍ ផ្នែកឯកជន ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍ ម្ចាស់អាជីវកម្មកាហ្វេ អ្នកជំនាញឆុងកាហ្វេ អ្នកចូលចិត្តទទួលទានកាហ្វេ អ្នកសារព័ត៌មាន ភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាតិ-អន្ដរជាតិ និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ឱ្យបានជ្រាបថា ដើម្បីជំរុញការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរវប្បធម៌កម្ពុជា-ចិន និងឧស្សាហកម្មកាហ្វេ ក៏ដូចជាការគាំទ្រដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍរួមបញ្ចូលគ្នានៃខ្សែច្រវាក់ឧស្សាហកម្មកាហ្វេល្បីៗក្នុងស្រុក ការបង្ហាញទេពកោសល្យរបស់យុវជនកម្ពុជាលើជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈឆុងកាហ្វេក្នុងកម្រិត អន្តរជាតិ ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍បានគាំទ្រនិងសហការជាមួយអង្គការCICC រៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ប្រកួត “សិល្បៈឡាតេអាតជើងឯកអន្តរជាតិ International Chamber Latte Art (ICLA) លើកទី១ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦” ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៨ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។

ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ដ៏អស្ចារ្យនេះរួមបញ្ចូលគ្នានូវការប្រកួតជាលក្ខណៈអន្តរជាតិ សកម្មភាពការងារសប្បុរសធម៌ការអប់រំ ការយល់ដឹងអំពីផលិតផលកាហ្វេ និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរវប្បធម៌ប្រពៃណីក្នុងគោលបំណងកសាងវេទិកាកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងកម្ពុជា-ចិន និងឧស្សាហកម្មកាហ្វេពិភពលោក និងដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ការវិនិយោគ ការលើកកម្ពស់ស្តង់ដាវិជ្ជាជីវៈទេសចរណ៍តាមរយៈការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាព និងទេពកោសល្យរបស់អ្នកជំនាញផ្នែកឆុងកាហ្វេនៅកម្ពុជាព្រមទាំងការធ្វើសមាហរណកម្មវិស័យទេសចរណ៍កាន់តែមានភាពទាក់ទាញ និងរីកចម្រើនកាន់ តែខ្លាំងឡើង។

Announcement on the Organization of the 1st International Latte Art Championship 2026 in Cambodia to Strengthen Cambodia–China Cooperation, to be Held from 28 to 29 March 2026 in Phnom Penh

The Ministry of Tourism is honored to inform the general public, tourism associations, tourism operators, private sector stakeholders, development partners, café business owners, professional baristas, coffee enthusiasts, media representatives, national and international tourists, and all relevant stakeholders that, in order to promote Cambodia–China cultural exchange and the coffee industry, as well as to support the integrated development of the domestic coffee value chain and showcase the talents of Cambodian youth in professional barista skills at the international level, the Ministry of Tourism has collaborated with CICC to organize the “International Chamber Latte Art (ICLA) Championship – 1st Edition 2026.”

This prestigious event will take place from 28 to 29 March 2026 in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia.

The event will feature an international-level competition alongside charitable activities, educational programs, coffee product awareness initiatives, and traditional cultural exchange. It aims to establish a collaborative platform between Cambodia, China, and the global coffee industry, while promoting investment, enhancing professional standards in the tourism sector through capacity building, and strengthening the skills and talents of Cambodian baristas. Furthermore, it seeks to contribute to the integration and increased attractiveness of the tourism sector, fostering its sustainable growth.
