ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ អញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីបិទកិច្ចប្រជុំត្រួតពិនិត្យប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៃការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីកែទម្រង់ការគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសាធារណៈ ដំណាក់កាលទី៤ «គណនេយ្យភាពសមិទ្ធកម្ម» ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្ដមអគ្គបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ អូន ព័ន្ធមុនីរ័ត្ន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការដឹកនាំការងារកែទម្រង់ការគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសាធារណៈ (គ.ហ.ស.)។
សូមជម្រាបជូនថា ផ្អែកលើវឌ្ឍនភាព ដែលបាននិងកំពុងលេចចេញជារូបរាងឡើង តាមរយៈកម្មវិធីកែទម្រង់ការគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសាធារណៈ តាំងពីដំណាក់កាលទី ១ រហូតមកដល់ដំណាក់កាលទី ៤, ប្រព័ន្ធហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសាធារណៈរបស់កម្ពុជា បាននិងកំពុងមានការវិវឌ្ឍរីកចម្រើនល្អ និងស្ថិតលើមាគ៌ាដ៏ត្រឹមត្រូវ ឆ្លើយតបទៅតាមស្តង់ដាអន្តរជាតិ ដែលធានាបានកាន់តែប្រសើរនូវប្រសិទ្ធភាព, ស័ក្តិសិទ្ធិភាព, តម្លាភាព និងគណនេយ្យភាព ក្នុងបរិបទកម្ពុជា, និងមានភាពបត់បែន និងធន់ទៅនឹងការប្រែប្រួល នៃស្ថានភាពសង្គម-សេដ្ឋកិច្ច ទាំងក្នុងតំបន់ និងលើសកលលោក។

His Excellency HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, attended the closing ceremony of the 2025 Annual Review Meeting on the implementation of the Public Financial Management Reform Program – Phase IV (“Performance Accountability”), held under the high presidency of His Excellency Akka Pundit Sapheacha AUN Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance, and Chairman of the Public Financial Management Reform Steering Committee.
It is informed that, based on the progress achieved and currently taking shape through the Public Financial Management Reform Program—from Phase I through Phase IV—Cambodia’s public financial system has been steadily improving and is on the right track. It increasingly aligns with international standards, ensuring better efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, and accountability within the Cambodian context, while also demonstrating flexibility and resilience in response to socio-economic changes both regionally and globally.
