កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ រៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងពិភាក្សាលើការកំណត់សូចនាករគន្លឹះសម្រាប់ទេសចរចិន, ត្រួតពិនិត្យ តាមដានវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារ, ផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រផ្សព្វផ្សាយទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជាសម្រាប់ទីផ្សារចិន និងយន្តការ M&E ដើម្បីអនុវត្តឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពនូវគោលនយោបាយសាកល្បងនៃការលើកលែងទិដ្ឋាការសម្រាប់ពលរដ្ឋចិន ក្នុងរយៈពេលសាកល្បង ៤ខែ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដែលបានផ្តល់គោលការណ៍អនុញ្ញាតដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ដោយ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

សូមបញ្ជាក់ជូនថា រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា បានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យមានការលើកលែងទិដ្ឋាការដល់ពលរដ្ឋចិនដែលកាន់លិខិតឆ្លងដែននៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន (PRC) ទាំងអស់ទាំងចិនដីគោក ចិនហុងកុង និងចិនម៉ាកាវ លើកលែងតៃវ៉ាន់ ទោះធ្វើដំណើរត្រង់ចេញពីប្រទេសចិន ឬប្រទេសផ្សេងទៀតក៏ដោយ ឱ្យតែកាន់លិខិតឆ្លងដែន PRC ចូលមកប្រទេសកម្ពុជា នឹងទទួលបានការលើកលែងទិដ្ឋាការ ដើម្បីទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរចិនឱ្យកាន់តែច្រើននិងទាញប្រយោជន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ចឱ្យបានច្រើនជាអតិបរមា។ រយៈពេលសាកល្បងនេះ អនុវត្តចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែមិថុនា ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ (អំឡុងពេលរដូវកាលបៃតង)។ ភ្ញៀវចិនអាចស្នាក់នៅរយៈពេល ១៤ ថ្ងៃ ដោយភ្ញៀវចិន មកកម្ពុជា ប៉ុន្មានលើកក៏បាន (Multiple Entries) និងពុំតម្រូវឱ្យមានពាក្យស្នើសុំ និង ពុំមានបង់កម្រៃ ដោយគ្រាន់តែបំពេញ E-arrival Card។

Discussion Meeting on the Monitoring, Follow-up, and Evaluation Mechanism for the Pilot Visa Exemption Policy for Chinese Citizens for a 4-Month Trial Period in 2026

H.E. Mr. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, chaired a discussion meeting on the monitoring, follow-up, and evaluation mechanism for the pilot visa exemption policy for Chinese citizens for a 4-month trial period in 2026. The meeting was attended by H.E. the Permanent Secretary of State, Excellencies, senior leaders of the Ministry, representatives from ministries and state institutions, as well as private sector representatives including Oknha, ladies and gentlemen, totaling 54 participants.

The meeting was organized with the objective of discussing the establishment of key indicators for Chinese tourists, monitoring work progress, strategic tourism promotion plans for the Chinese market, and the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) mechanism to effectively implement the pilot visa exemption policy for Chinese citizens for a 4-month trial period in 2026. This policy was granted high-level approval by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

It is to note that the Royal Government of Cambodia has approved a visa exemption for Chinese citizens holding passports of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), including those from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao (excluding Taiwan). Regardless of whether they travel directly from China or from other countries, as long as they hold a PRC passport and enter Cambodia, they will be granted visa exemption. This policy aims to attract more Chinese tourists and maximize economic benefits. The trial period will be implemented from 15 June to 15 October 2026 (during the Green Season). Chinese visitors may stay for up to 14 days and may enter Cambodia multiple times (Multiple Entries). No visa application or visa fee is required; travelers only need to complete the E-arrival Card.
