ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ រួមជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរពាក់ព័ន្ធ អញ្ជើញចូលទស្សនា និងពិនិត្យនូវស្ថានភាពជាក់ស្តែងនៅ «អគារមរតកសង្គមរាស្រ្តនិយម សម្ដេចឪ-សម្ដេចម៉ែ (បុរីអូរស្វាយ-សែនជ័យ)» នៃព្រះរាជបណ្ណាល័យហ្លួងម៉ែ ក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីពិនិត្យស្ថានភាពអគារ ការអភិរក្ស និងលទ្ធភាពអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ឱ្យក្លាយជាគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍វប្បធម៌ និងប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រសំខាន់មួយនៅតំបន់ភាគឦសាននៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសព្រះរាជបណ្ណាល័យដ៏មានតម្លៃមួយនេះ បានតម្កល់សៀវភៅដ៏សម្បូរបែប រួមមាន៖ ប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្ត, បរិស្ថាន, បច្ចេកវិទ្យា, ទស្សនវិជ្ជា និងមាតិកាផ្សេងៗទៀតផង។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានអញ្ជើញពិនិត្យមើលរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធអគារ បរិវេណជុំវិញ និងស្ថានភាពប្រើប្រាស់ជាក់ស្តែង ព្រមទាំងបានស្តាប់របាយការណ៍ពីមន្ត្រីពាក់ព័ន្ធអំពីប្រវត្តិ ការគ្រប់គ្រង និងសកម្មភាពថែរក្សាអគារមរតកដ៏មានតម្លៃនេះ។

ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានលើកឡើងថា ការអភិរក្ស និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សម្បត្តិបេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌ និងប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រ គឺជាកត្តាសំខាន់មួយក្នុងការជំរុញវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ និងលើកកម្ពស់អត្តសញ្ញាណជាតិ ព្រមទាំងបានណែនាំឱ្យអាជ្ញាធរពាក់ព័ន្ធ បន្តយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ក្នុងការថែរក្សា កែលម្អបរិវេណដើម្បីអភិរក្សសម្បត្តិវប្បធម៌ប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រ និងបង្កើនសក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍នៅតំបន់ឆ្ងាយៗនៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងរៀបចំឱ្យមានការផ្សព្វផ្សាយឱ្យបានទូលំទូលាយ ដើម្បីទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ។

“Samdech Ov–Samdech Mae Sangkum Reastr Niyum Heritage Building (Borei O’Svay–Sen Chey)” of the Queen Mother’s Royal Library is a historic structure that reflects the development achievements of the Sangkum Reastr Niyum era and stands as a valuable cultural heritage for future generations to study and understand.

H.E. Mr. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, together with the leadership of the Ministry of Tourism and relevant authorities, visited and inspected the actual conditions at the “Samdech Ov–Samdech Mae Sangkum Reastr Niyum Heritage Building (Borei O’Svay–Sen Chey)” of the Queen Mother’s Royal Library. The purpose of the visit was to examine the condition of the building, its preservation status, and the potential for development as an important cultural and historical tourism destination in the northeastern region of Cambodia. In particular, this valuable royal library houses a rich collection of books covering various subjects, including history, environment, technology, philosophy, and other fields.

During the visit, H.E. the Minister inspected the building structure, surrounding environment, and its current usage, and listened to reports from relevant officials regarding the history, management, and conservation activities of this valuable heritage building.

H.E. the Minister emphasized that the preservation and development of cultural and historical heritage assets are important factors in promoting tourism and strengthening national identity. He also advised relevant authorities to continue paying close attention to the conservation and improvement of the surrounding area in order to preserve these historical and cultural assets, enhance tourism potential in remote areas of Cambodia, and promote the site widely to attract both national and international tourists.
