នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍, អនុប្រធានគណៈកម្មការជាតិរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូនី និងជាសហប្រធានក្រុមការងារដឹកនាំរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អម (ភូមិហ្រ្វង់កូហ្វូន) បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំផ្ទៃក្នុង ដើម្បីពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាពលើការងារ ពិភាក្សាផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់ និងដាក់ចេញនូវអនុសាសន៍បន្ថែមសម្រាប់ការត្រៀមរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អម «ភូមិហ្រ្វង់កូហ្វូន-Village Francophone» ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលហ្រ្វង់កូហ្វូនីលើកទី២០ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នាខេត្តសៀមរាបខាងមុខនេះ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គនាយកនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេសចរណ៍ និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ, ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានគ្រប់គ្រងឧស្សាហកម្មទេសចរណ៍, ព្រមទាំងលោក និងលោកស្រីពីនាយកដ្ឋានជំនាញ នាទីស្តីការក្រសួង។
សូមជម្រាបជូនថា កិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូនី ជាជំនួបរវាងប្រមុខរដ្ឋ ប្រមុខរដ្ឋាភិបាលដែលជាសមាជិកអង្គការអន្តរជាតិនៃក្រុមប្រទេសនិយាយភាសាបារាំង (OIF) ដើម្បីពិភាក្សា ផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់លើបញ្ហាផ្សេងៗដូចជា នយោបាយអន្តរជាតិ សេដ្ឋកិច្ចពិភពលោក កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូនី សិទ្ធិមនុស្ស អប់រំ វប្បធម៌ និងប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ជាដើម។ នាឱកាសនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលហ្រ្វង់កូហ្វូនី ក៏មានរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អមសំខាន់ៗ ចំនួន ពីរ គឺ៖ ភូមិហ្រ្វង់កូហ្វូន (Village Francophone) និង ភូមិហ្វ្រង់កូតិច (FrancoTech)។ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អន្តរជាតិដ៏អស្ចារ្យនិងមានលក្ខណៈជាប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រនេះ នឹងរំពឹងថាមានការចូលរួមពីប្រទេសសមាជិកជាង៩០ ប្រទេសនៅលើពិភពលោក ព្រមទាំងអ្នកសារព័ត៌មានជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិយ៉ាងច្រើនកុះករ ដែលនឹងជួយជំរុញការផ្សព្វផ្សាយអំពីសក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជាទៅកាន់ពិភពលោក និងលើកកម្ពស់កិត្តិនាមកម្ពុជានៅលើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ។

Meeting to review the progress of the side event “Village Francophone” at the 20th Francophone Summit 2026 in Siem Reap province
On the morning of January 16, 2026; H.E. Mr. HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, Deputy Chairman of the National Organizing Committee for the Francophone Summit and Co-Chairman of the Working Group for the Side Event (Village Francophone), led an internal meeting to review the progress of the work, discuss and exchange ideas, and make additional recommendations for the preparation of the side event “Village Francophone” at the 20th Francophone Summit 2026 in Siem Reap province, with the participation of H.E. Secretary of State, H.E. Director-General of the General Department of Tourism Development and International Cooperation, H.E. General Department of Tourism Industry Management, as well as officials from the departments at the Ministry’s headquarter.
It is to note the Francophonie Summit is a meeting between heads of state and government of the international organization of French-speaking countries (OIF) to discuss and exchange views on various issues such as international politics, world economy, Francophonie cooperation, human rights, education, culture and democracy, etc. On the occasion of the Francophonie Summit, two important side events are also organized: the Francophone Village and the FrancoTech Village. This great and historic international event is expected to be attended by more than 90 member countries in the world as well as a large number of national and international journalists, who will help promote Cambodia’s tourism potential to the world and enhance Cambodia’s reputation on the international stage.
