ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហួត ហាក់៖ ភាពសុខដុមនីយកម្មនៅក្នុងអង្គភាព គឺជាការងារអាទិភាពចាំបាច់មិនអាចខ្វះបាន ដែលតម្រូវឱ្យសមាជិកត្រូវរួមគ្នាគិត រួមគ្នាធ្វើ និងរួមគ្នាសម្រេចឱ្យបាននូវសមិទ្ធផល និងស្នាដៃជូនអង្គភាពរបស់ខ្លួនដែលកំពុងបម្រើការ
ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំត្រួតពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារបស់នាយកដ្ឋានធនធានមនុស្ស ដើម្បីស្តាប់នូវចំណុចខ្លាំង ចំណុចខ្វះខាត បញ្ហាប្រឈម សំណូមពរ និងទិសដៅការងារបន្ត។ ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីបានណែនាំឱ្យថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំទទួលបន្ទុក និងមន្រ្តីនៃនាយកដ្ឋានត្រូវបន្តពង្រឹងចំណង់សាមគ្គីភាពបន្ថែមទៀត ដោយត្រូវធ្វើយ៉ាងណាឱ្យមាននូវសុខដុមនីយកម្មនៅក្នុងអង្គភាព ដើម្បីធានាដល់ការបំពេញការងារប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងប្រសិទ្ធផលខ្ពស់។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ, ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គនាយក, លោក លោកស្រី អគ្គនាយករងទទួលបន្ទុក, ប្រធាន និងអនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន ព្រមទាំងមន្ត្រីនៃនាយកដ្ឋានសរុបទាំងអស់ចំនួន ៣៥នាក់។
សូមបញ្ជាក់ជូនថា នេះជាកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី២ និងជាអង្គភាពទី៧ ដែលឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីបានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងតាមដានវឌ្ឍនភាពការងាររបស់នាយកដ្ឋាន។

H.E. Minister HUOT Hak: Harmony within an institution is an indispensable priority, requiring members to think together, work together, and decide together to achieve accomplishments and results for the institution they serve
H.E. HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, presided over a meeting to review the work progress of the Department of Human Resources in order to hear about its strengths, weaknesses, challenges, requests, and future directions. During the meeting, H.E. the Minister advised the responsible leaders and officials of the Department to continue further strengthening unity and solidarity, and to ensure harmony within the institution, so as to guarantee work performance with high efficiency and effectiveness.
The meeting was attended by H.E. and Her Excellency senior leaders, H.E. Directors-General, Deputy Directors-General in charge, Directors and Deputy Directors of departments, as well as a total of 35 officials from the Department.
It should be noted that this was the second such meeting and the seventh unit for which H.E. the Minister has presided over meetings to review and monitor the work progress of departments.
