ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយសក្នុងពិធីអបអរសាទរព្រះរាជពិធីបុណ្យចម្រើនព្រះជន្មរបស់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ CHARLES III នៃចក្រភពអង់គ្លេស ដែលរៀបចំឡើងដោយស្ថានទូតចក្រភពអង់គ្លេសប្រចាំកម្ពុជា នៅសណ្ឋាគារ Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh។
ពិធីនេះ បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមបរិយាកាសស្និទ្ធស្នាល កក់ក្តៅ និងពោរពេញដោយមិត្តភាព ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល តំណាងស្ថាប័នការទូត អង្គការជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ ព្រមទាំងភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយសជាច្រើនរូប ប្រមាណជិត ៤០០នាក់។ ជំនួបនេះ បានក្លាយជាវេទិកាសំខាន់មួយសម្រាប់ការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង ការប្តូរយោបល់ និងការពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងមិត្តភាព និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដ៏ល្អរវាងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងចក្រភពអង់គ្លេស។
ប្រធានបទនៃពិធីឆ្នាំនេះ គឺការអបអរសាទរប្រជាជាតិទាំងបួននៃចក្រភពអង់គ្លេស។ តាមរយៈការតាំងបង្ហាញម្ហូបអាហារ និងភេសជ្ជៈ តន្ត្រី កីឡា ទេសភាពដ៏ស្រស់ស្អាត និងការណែនាំអំពីឥស្សរជនល្បីៗ ភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយសបានរីករាយក្នុងការស្វែងយល់ និងពិភាក្សាអំពីវប្បធម៌ និងប្រពៃណី ទេសចរណ៍ និងប្រជាជននៃប្រទេសអង់គ្លេស ស្កុតឡែន វែល និងអៀរឡង់ខាងជើង ក្នុងបរិយាកាសរស់រវើក និងភាតរភាពមិនអាចបំភ្លេចបាន។

H.E. Mr. HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, was invited to attend as the guest of honor the Royal Birthday Celebration of His Majesty King CHARLES III of the United Kingdom, organized by the British Embassy in Cambodia at the Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh Hotel.
The ceremony was held in a close, warm and friendly atmosphere, with the participation of Excellencies leaders of the Royal Government’s institutions, diplomatic corps, representative from national and international organizations, and nearly 400 distinguished guests. The reception has been turned into an important platform for communication, exchange of ideas, and strengthening of friendly relations and good cooperation between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the United Kingdom.
The theme of this year’s ceremony is to celebrate the four nations of the United Kingdom. Through food and beverage displays, music, sports, beautiful scenery, and introductions to famous figures, the distinguished guests enjoyed learning and discussing the culture and traditions, tourism, and people of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland in a lively and unforgettable atmosphere of brotherhood.
