ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហួត ហាក់៖ ការគ្រប់គ្រង និងតាមដានទិន្នន័យទេសចរណ៍ដែលមានភាពត្រឹមត្រូវ ឯករាជ្យ វិជ្ជាជីវៈ និងទាន់ពេលវេលា គឺជាមូលដ្ឋានដ៏សំខាន់សម្រាប់ការកសាងគោលនយោបាយ និងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា ឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងឆ្លើយតបទាន់ពេលវេលាទៅនឹងនិន្នាការទេសចរណ៍ក្នុងតំបន់ និងសកលលោក
ដោយទទួលបានគោលការណ៍អនុញ្ញាតដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ពី សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយ ស្តីពីសូចនាករទេសចរណ៍ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងព្យាករណ៍ស្ថិតិទេសចរណ៍ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដែលបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងប្រកាសដាក់ឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់ជាផ្លូវការនូវសូចនាករទេសចរណ៍ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងការព្យាករណ៍ស្ថិតិទេសចរណ៍ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។
ក្នុងពិធីដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ, ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ តំណាងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័ន, ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោក លោកស្រី អភិបាលរងខេត្តទទួលបន្ទុកវិស័យទេសចរណ៍រាជធានី ខេត្ត និងលោក លោកស្រីប្រធានមន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍រាជធានី ខេត្ត, តំណាងសមាគមទេសចរណ៍ ព្រមទាំងលោកគ្រូ, អ្នកគ្រូ, ក្មួយៗនិស្សិត, ប្អូនៗអ្នកផលិតមាតិកាព័ត៌មាន ប្រមាណ ៤០០នាក់ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍។
ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ ចំពោះកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិទេសចរណ៍, មន្ត្រីគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់នៃនាយកដ្ឋានស្ថិតិទេសចរណ៍ ដែលបានរៀបចំសូចនាករទេសចរណ៍នេះ បានលេចចេញជារូបរាង។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅជូនចំពោះអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានអន្តោប្រវេសន៍ នៃក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ, ធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា, វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិស្ថិតិនៃក្រសួងផែនការ, ក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់, គណៈអភិបាលរាជធានី ខេត្ត និងមន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍រាជធានី ខេត្ត ចំពោះកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែង និងការយកអស់កម្លាំងកាយ កម្លាំងចិត្ត ប្រាជ្ញាស្មារតី និងពេលវេលានៅក្នុងការងាររៀបចំ ប្រមូលចងក្រង និង គ្រប់គ្រងទិន្នន័យទេសចរណ៍ នាពេលកន្លងមក។
ថ្លែងក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានជម្រាបជូនអង្គពិធីជ្រាបថា ការងារស្ថិតិនេះ មានភាពស្មុគស្មាញ និងមមាញឹកណាស់ ដោយតម្រូវឱ្យធ្វើការងារទាំងនៅថ្ងៃចុងសប្តាហ៍, ថ្ងៃឈប់សម្រាក ពិសេសនៅពេលប្រារព្ធពិធីជាតិបុណ្យធំៗ ដែលតម្រូវឱ្យមានការបូកសរុបស្ថិតិទេសចរណ៍នេះឱ្យបានទាន់ពេលវេលា ដើម្បីគោរពរាយការណ៍ជូនថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំកំពូល និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយជា សាធារណៈផងដែរ។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានគូសរំលេចបន្តទៀតថា ការគ្រប់គ្រង និងតាមដានទិន្នន័យដែលជាក់លាក់ ដោយឈរលើមូលដ្ឋាននៃគោលការណ៍ ភាពត្រឹមត្រូវ ឯករាជ្យ សត្យានុម័ត វិជ្ជាជីវៈ និងភាពទាន់ពេលវេលា គឺមានសារៈសំខាន់បំផុតក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ជាមូលដ្ឋានក្នុងការកសាង និងដាក់ចេញនូវយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត គោលនយោបាយ និងកម្មវិធីពិសេសនានា ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបនឹងសភាពការណ៍ឱ្យបានទាន់ពេលវេលា។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានបញ្ជាក់ជូនថា មហាគ្រួសារវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ និងក្រុមការងារផ្នែកទេសចរណ៍ (ក្រុម ខ) នៃវេទិការាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល វិស័យឯកជន បានតាមដានដោយយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ខ្ពស់លើស្ថានការណ៍វិវត្ត និន្នាការទេសចរណ៍ក្នុងតំបន់ និងសកលលោក ព្រមទាំងបានរួមគ្នាដាក់ចេញនូវយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រគន្លឹះចំនួន ៦ ដោយទទួលបានគោលការណ៍ឯកភាពពីប្រមុខរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល សំដៅរក្សាភាពធន់នៃវិស័យទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជាទប់ទល់នឹងវិបត្តិ, បន្តរក្សាភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងនៅក្នុងតំបន់ និងពិភពលោក, ការកសាងនិងពង្រឹងទំនុកចិត្ត និងបង្កើនភាពជឿជាក់លើវិស័យទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជាឱ្យកាន់តែខ្លាំងឡើងបន្ថែមទៀត។ មហាគ្រួសារវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ បានដាក់ចេញនូវយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រគន្លឹះ ចំនួន ៦ រួមមាន៖ ទី១). ការពង្រឹងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រសិក្សាទីផ្សារ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយទេសចរណ៍ក្រៅប្រទេស តាមរយៈការលើកកម្ពស់កិត្តិនាមកម្ពុជានៅលើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ, ទី២). ការពង្រឹងនិងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ, ទី៣). ការសម្រួលការធ្វើដំណើរចូល-ចេញប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងការតភា្ជប់ការធ្វើដំណើរ, ទី៤). ការពង្រឹងគុណភាពឧស្សាហកម្មទេសចរណ៍, ទី៥). ការអភិវឌ្ឍផលិតផលទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជាឱ្យសម្បូរបែបនិងមានភាពទាក់ទាញ, និងទី៦). ការផ្សព្វផ្សាយទេសចរណ៍ក្នុងស្រុក និងការរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ទេសចរណ៍។
ទីស្តីការក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ រសៀលថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦
H.E. Minister HUOT Hak: “The management and monitoring of tourism data that are accurate, independent, professional, and timely constitute a crucial foundation for formulating effective tourism development policies and strategies for Cambodia, enabling timely responses to regional and global tourism trends.”
With the highly esteemed authorization of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia, H.E. HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, presided over the dissemination workshop on the 2025 Tourism Indicators and the 2026 Tourism Statistics Forecasts. The workshop was organized with the objective of disseminating and officially launching the 2025 Tourism Indicators and the 2026 Tourism Statistics Forecasts for public use.
This significant event was attended by H.E. the Permanent Secretary of State, Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen Secretaries of State and Undersecretaries of State, representatives of ministries and institutions, Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen Deputy Governors in charge of tourism affairs from the capital and provinces, Directors of Provincial and Municipal Departments of Tourism, representatives of tourism associations, lecturers, teachers, university students, and content creators, totaling approximately 400 participants at the Ministry of Tourism.
On this occasion, H.E. the Minister highly commended and appreciated the efforts of the National Institute of Tourism and officials at all levels of the Department of Tourism Statistics for successfully developing these tourism indicators. At the same time, H.E. the Minister expressed his profound gratitude to the General Department of Immigration of the Ministry of Interior, the National Bank of Cambodia, the National Institute of Statistics of the Ministry of Planning, all relevant ministries and institutions, provincial and municipal administrations, and Provincial and Municipal Departments of Tourism for their tireless dedication, commitment, intellect, and time devoted to the preparation, collection, compilation, and management of tourism data over the years.
In his remarks, H.E. the Minister informed the audience that statistical work is highly complex and demanding, often requiring work during weekends and public holidays, especially during major national festivals, when tourism statistics must be compiled promptly for reporting to senior leadership and for public dissemination. H.E. the Minister further emphasized that the management and monitoring of precise data, based on the principles of accuracy, independence, reliability, professionalism, and timeliness, are of utmost importance as a foundation for designing and implementing strategies, policies, and special programs capable of responding effectively and promptly to evolving circumstances.
Furthermore, H.E. the Minister highlighted that the tourism family and the tourism working group (Group of the Government-Private Sector Forum have been closely monitoring developments and tourism trends in the region and around the world. Together, they have formulated six key strategic measures, which have received approval from the Head of the Royal Government, aimed at maintaining the resilience of Cambodia’s tourism sector against crises, sustaining regional and global competitiveness, strengthening confidence, and enhancing trust in Cambodia’s tourism sector.
The six key strategies adopted by the tourism sector include: Strengthening market research and international tourism promotion strategies through enhancing Cambodia’s reputation on the global stage;
Strengthening and expanding national and international cooperation;
Facilitating travel into and out of Cambodia and improving travel connectivity;
Enhancing the quality of the tourism industry;
Developing diverse and attractive tourism products in Cambodia; and
Promoting domestic tourism and organizing tourism events.
