ទេសចរម្នាក់ ដើមឈើមួយដើម (One Tourist, One Tree)
ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ រួមជាមួយឯកឧត្តម គី តិច ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទទួលបន្ទុកបេសកកម្មពិសេស អនុប្រធានទី១ ក្រុមការងារគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាចុះមូលដ្ឋានខេត្តតាកែវ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងារគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុកបាទី និងឯកឧត្តម វ៉ី សំណាង អភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តតាកែវ អញ្ជើញជាគណៈអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីដាំកូនឈើអមសងខាងផ្លូវ និងក្នុងបរិវេណរមណីយដ្ឋានទេសចរណ៍ទន្លេបាទី ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីព្រះសង្ឃ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន ក្រុមមេធាវីស្ម័គ្រចិត្តសម្តេចតេជោ សែន សិស្ស-និស្សិត ស.ស.យ.ក. យុវជនកាកបាទក្រហមកម្ពុជា កាយឫទ្ធិ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ សរុបប្រមាណ ៩៥០ អង្គ/នាក់។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះ ឯកឧត្តម គី តិច ដែលបានផ្តួចផ្តើមរៀបចំពិធីដាំកូនឈើក្រោមប្រធានបទ «រួមគ្នាដាំកូនឈើ ដើម្បីបរិស្ថាន ទេសចរណ៍ និងអភិរក្សរមណីយដ្ឋានប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រ» ដែលជាសកម្មភាពដ៏មានអត្ថន័យក្នុងការចូលរួមថែរក្សាបរិស្ថាន បង្កើនសោភ័ណភាព និងលើកកម្ពស់ភាពទាក់ទាញរបស់រមណីយដ្ឋានទេសចរណ៍ទន្លេបាទី ឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពបៃតង ស្រស់ស្អាត និងទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរបន្ថែមទៀត។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះ ឯកឧត្តម វ៉ី សំណាង អភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តតាកែវ រដ្ឋបាលខេត្តតាកែវ លោក សាយ វណ្ណៈ អភិបាលស្រុកបាទី និងអាជ្ញាធរពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ ដែលបានខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍ និងលើកកម្ពស់វិស័យទេសចរណ៍នៅខេត្តតាកែវ ជាពិសេសការរៀបចំ និងអភិរក្សគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍សំខាន់ៗ ដើម្បីទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ។
ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានលើកឡើងថា ការរៀបចំពិធីដាំកូនឈើនេះ គឺជាផ្នែកមួយនៃការជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍទេសចរណ៍បៃតង (Green Tourism) នៅកម្ពុជា ស្របតាមគោលនយោបាយរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្នុងការផ្សារភ្ជាប់ការអភិរក្សបរិស្ថានជាមួយការអភិវឌ្ឍទេសចរណ៍បៃតងប្រកបដោយចីរភាព។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ក៏កំពុងជំរុញយុទ្ធនាការ «ទេសចរម្នាក់ ដើមឈើមួយដើម (One Tourist, One Tree)» ដើម្បីលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យភ្ញៀវទេសចរចូលរួមដាំដើមឈើ ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលធ្វើដំណើរកម្សាន្តនៅកម្ពុជា។
ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានបន្ថែមថា ពិធីនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងអំឡុងពេលរដូវកាលបៃតង (Green Season) របស់កម្ពុជា ចាប់ពីខែឧសភា ដល់ខែតុលា ដែលជារដូវកាលពោរពេញដោយទេសភាពធម្មជាតិបៃតងស្រស់ អាកាសធាតុត្រជាក់ស្រួល និងបរិយាកាសស្រស់ស្រាយ ស័ក្តិសមសម្រាប់ការធ្វើដំណើរកម្សាន្ត។
កូនឈើដែលត្រូវបានដាំក្នុងពិធីនេះ រួមមានប្រភេទផ្កាសាគូរ៉ា និងកូនឈើប្រណីតផ្សេងៗ សរុបប្រមាណ ១,០០០ ដើម ដែលនឹងរួមចំណែកបង្កើនគម្របពណ៌បៃតង លើកកម្ពស់សោភ័ណភាពបរិស្ថាន និងបន្ថែមភាពទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិឱ្យមកកម្សាន្តនៅរមណីយដ្ឋានទេសចរណ៍ទន្លេបាទី។
ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានឧបត្ថម្ភថវិកាចំនួន ២,០០០ដុល្លារអាមេរិក សម្រាប់ការសាងសង់បង្គន់អនាម័យសាធារណៈក្នុងបរិវេណរមណីយដ្ឋានទេសចរណ៍ទន្លេបាទី ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពសេវាកម្ម បរិស្ថានអនាម័យ និងផាសុកភាពជូនភ្ញៀវទេសចរ ព្រមទាំងគាំទ្រដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍរមណីយដ្ឋានឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពទាក់ទាញ និងសមស្របតាមស្តង់ដា
ទេសចរណ៍ផងដែរ។

One Tourist, One Tree
H.E. HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, together with H.E. Ky Tech, Senior Minister in Charge of Special Missions, First Vice Chairman of the CPP Working Group in Takeo Province and Chairman of the CPP Working Group in Bati District, and H.E. Vei Samnang, Governor of Takeo Province, presided over a tree-planting ceremony along both sides of the road and within the premises of Tonle Bati Tourist Resort. The event was attended by Buddhist monks, leaders and officials of the Ministry of Tourism, local authorities, the Samdech Techo Volunteer Lawyers Group, members of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC), Cambodian Red Cross youth volunteers, scouts, students, and local residents, with a total participation of approximately 950 people.
On this occasion, H.E. the Minister expressed his sincere appreciation to H.E. Ky Tech for initiating the tree-planting event under the theme “Planting Trees Together for the Environment, Tourism, and the Preservation of Historical Tourist Sites.” The initiative serves as a meaningful contribution to environmental conservation, enhancing the beauty of the area, and increasing the attractiveness of Tonle Bati Tourist Resort, making it greener, more beautiful, and more appealing to visitors.
At the same time, H.E. the Minister highly commended H.E. Vei Samnang, Governor of Takeo Province, the Takeo Provincial Administration, Mr. Say Vannak, Governor of Bati District, and all relevant authorities for their dedicated efforts in developing and promoting tourism in Takeo Province, particularly through the improvement and preservation of key tourist destinations to attract both domestic and international visitors.
H.E. the Minister noted that the tree-planting ceremony forms part of Cambodia’s efforts to promote Green Tourism, in line with the Royal Government’s policy of integrating environmental conservation with sustainable tourism development. In this regard, the Ministry of Tourism is also promoting the campaign “One Tourist, One Tree” to encourage visitors to participate in tree planting during their travels in Cambodia.
The Minister further highlighted that the event was organized during Cambodia’s Green Season (May to October), a period characterized by lush landscapes, cool weather, and refreshing natural surroundings, making it an ideal time for travel and tourism.
Approximately 1,000 trees, including Sakura trees and other valuable species, were planted during the ceremony. These trees will help expand green coverage, enhance environmental aesthetics, and further increase the appeal of Tonle Bati Tourist Resort for both domestic and international tourists.
In addition, H.E. the Minister donated USD 2,000 to support the construction of public sanitation facilities within the Tonle Bati Tourist Resort. This contribution aims to improve service quality, hygiene standards, and visitor comfort, while supporting the continued development of the resort in line with tourism standards and enhancing its overall attractiveness.
