ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ បានអនុញ្ញាតជូនសមាគមយុវជនអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍កម្ពុជា ដឹកនាំដោយលោកជំទាវ ស្រូយ សុជាតិ អគ្គនាយកនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានយុវជន នៃក្រសួងអប់រំយុវជន និងកីឡា ចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារស្តីពីការរៀបចំកម្មវិធី «នាវាយុវជនអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ និងជប៉ុន» លើកទី៥០ ដែលព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជានឹងធ្វើជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៧ នៅខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ និងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។

កិច្ចប្រជុំដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ព្រមទាំងប្អូនៗក្រុមការងារយុវជនអាស៊ី អាគ្នេយ៍កម្ពុជា-ជប៉ុន សរុបជាង ៤០នាក់។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានសម្តែងការគាំទ្រ និងលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់សមាគមយុវជនអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍កម្ពុជា ក្នុងការបន្តពង្រឹងនិងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ មិត្តភាព និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរវប្បធម៌រវាងយុវជនអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ និងជប៉ុន តាមរយៈកម្មវិធី «នាវាយុវជនអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ និងជប៉ុន» ដែលជាកម្មវិធីមួយបានរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការបណ្តុះស្មារតីភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ ការយោគយល់គ្នា និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរវប្បធម៌រវាងយុវជនជាអន្តរជំនាន់។

ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា កម្មវិធីនាវាយុវជនអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ និងជប៉ុន មិនត្រឹមតែជាវេទិកាសម្រាប់ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាពយុវជនប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងជាស្ពានមិត្តភាពដ៏រឹងមាំ ក្នុងការពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងប្រជាជន និងប្រជាជន នៃបណ្តាប្រទេសក្នុងអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ និងជប៉ុនផងដែរ។

សូមជម្រាបជូនថា នេះជាលើកទី២ហើយ ដែលឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានទទួលជួបប្អូនៗ និងក្មួយៗ ក្រុមការងារយុវជនអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍-ជប៉ុន បន្ទាប់ពីជំនួបលើកទី១ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដែលឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យប្រតិភូសមាគមនាវាយុវជនអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍កម្ពុជា ចំនួន១៨រូប (ស្រី៧រូប) ចូលជួបសំណេះសំណាល មុននឹងចេញដំណើរចូលរួមកម្មវិធីនាវាយុវជនអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ និងជប៉ុន ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែមករា ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ រយៈពេល៣៤ថ្ងៃ ដោយចាប់ផ្តើមនៅទីក្រុងតូក្យូ ប្រទេសជប៉ុន៕

ទីស្តីការក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦

His Excellency Minister HUOT Hak: “Youth are a core force for the future and a valuable bridge of friendship in strengthening international relations and cooperation.”

His Excellency HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, granted an audience to the Cambodia Southeast Asian Youth Association, led by H.E. Mrs. SROY Socheat, Director General of the General Department of Youth of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, for a courtesy call and working discussion on the organization of the 50th “Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program (SSEAYP),” which the Kingdom of Cambodia will host from 14 to 16 January 2027 in Preah Sihanouk Province and Phnom Penh Capital.

The important meeting was attended by Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen, senior leaders of the Ministry of Tourism, as well as more than 40 members of the Cambodia–Japan Southeast Asian Youth working group.

On the occasion, His Excellency the Minister expressed his support and encouragement to the Cambodia Southeast Asian Youth Association in continuing to strengthen and expand cooperation, friendship, and cultural exchange between Southeast Asian and Japanese youth through the “Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program,” a program that has significantly contributed to fostering leadership spirit, mutual understanding, and intercultural exchange among young generations.

His Excellency the Minister also emphasized that the Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program is not only a platform for exchanging experiences and enhancing youth capacity, but also a strong bridge of friendship that strengthens people-to-people relations among the countries of Southeast Asia and Japan.

It should be noted that this was the second time His Excellency the Minister met with the Southeast Asian–Japan youth working group. The first meeting took place on 25 December 2025, during which His Excellency granted an audience to an 18-member delegation (including 7 women) from the Cambodia Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Association prior to their departure to participate in the 2025 Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program, held from 15 January to 17 February 2026 for a duration of 34 days, beginning in Tokyo, Japan.
