ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ អញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបើកវិញ្ញាសារការប្រឡងសរសេរ ជ្រើសរើសបេក្ខជន និងបេក្ខនារី ចូលរៀនវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ទេសចរណ៍ថ្នាក់ជាតិ ជំនាន់ទី៧ និងថ្នាក់តំបន់រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និងតំបន់ជុំវិញ ជំនាន់ទី២១ ក្នុងគោលបំណងបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ទេសចរណ៍ឱ្យមានវិជ្ជាជីវៈស្របតាមស្តង់ដាជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ ដើម្បីគាំទ្រការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព បរិយាប័ន្ន និងភាពច្នៃប្រឌិត។
ពិធីបើកវិញ្ញាសារនេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍, លោកបណ្ឌិត ជា សុភាព សាកលវិទ្យាធិការនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ ធនធានមនុស្ស, លោកជំទាវ ឆាយ ស៊ីវលីន ប្រធានសមាគមទេសចរណ៍ កម្ពុជា, លោក ឈុន សំណាង ប្រធាន សមាគមមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ទេសចរណ៍រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ, តំណាងអង្គភាពប្រឆាំងអំពើពុករលួយ, តំណាងមន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍ រាជធានី ខេត្ត ព្រមទាំងមានការចូលរួមពីបេក្ខជន បេក្ខនារីជាច្រើន ដែលមានបំណងចូលរួមអភិវឌ្ឍខ្លួនជាមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ទេសចរណ៍ជំនាញ ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់វិស័យទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា។
ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងបញ្ជាក់ថា ការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្សក្នុងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍គឺជាគ្រឹះសំខាន់មួយក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពសេវាកម្មទេសចរណ៍ និងការប្រកួតប្រជែងរបស់កម្ពុជានៅលើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ ពោលគឺមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ទេសចរណ៍ជាអ្នកផ្សព្វផ្សាយវប្បធម៌ ប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រ និងអត្តសញ្ញាណជាតិ ទៅកាន់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរពីគ្រប់ទិសទី។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់បេក្ខជនទាំងអស់ឱ្យខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែង បង្ហាញសមត្ថភាព និងគោរពតាមបទបញ្ជានៃការប្រឡងដើម្បីធានាបាននូវភាពត្រឹមត្រូវតម្លាភាព និងយុត្តិធម៌ ស្របតាមគោលការណ៍ «អ្នកចេះ គឺជាប់»។

His Excellency Huot Hak Presides Over the Opening of the Written Examination for the Selection of Candidates for the National Tourist Guide Training Course, 7th Generation, and Phnom Penh Regional Course, 21st Generation
His Excellency Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, presided over the opening ceremony of the written examination for the selection of candidates to enroll in the National Tourist Guide Training Course, 7th Generation, and the Phnom Penh and surrounding regional course, 21st Generation to train and enhance the professional capacity of tourist guides in line with national and international standards, in order to support the sustainable, inclusive, and innovative development of Cambodia’s tourism sector.
The ceremony was attended by senior leaders of the Ministry of Tourism; Dr. Chea Sophea, Rector of Human Resources University; Lok Chumteav Chhay Sivlin, President of the Cambodia tourism association; Mr. Chhun Samnang, President of the Phnom Penh Tourist Guide Association; representatives from the Anti-Corruption Unit; representatives from provincial and municipal departments of tourism; as well as many candidates who aspire to develop themselves into professional tourist guides and contribute to the enhancing of Cambodia’s tourism industry.
On this occasion, His Excellency the Minister emphasized that human resource development in the tourism sector is a fundamental pillar for improving the quality of tourism services and enhancing Cambodia’s competitiveness on the international stage. Tourist guides serve as ambassadors who promote Cambodia’s culture, history, and national identity to visitors from around the world.
At the same time, His Excellency encouraged all candidates to strive to demonstrate their abilities and strictly adhere to the examination regulations to ensure accuracy, transparency, and fairness, in line with the principle: “Those who are knowledgeable will pass.”
