រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ បានត្រៀមទីតាំងសំរាប់រៀបចំ «ភូមិហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូន» (Village Francophone) ដ៏ធំ និងមានពន្លាសម្រាប់ប្រទេស និងអង្គការជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិច្រើនជាង១០០ ចូលរួម ដែលជាព្រឹតិ្តការណ៍អមមួយក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលហ្រ្វង់កូហ្វូនីលើកទី២០ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នាខែវិច្ឆិកាខាងមុខ
ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងលោកជំទាវកិតិ្តបណ្ឌិត អុឹង កន្ថាផាវី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងកិច្ចការនារី និងជាប្រធានអនុគណៈកម្មការទី៥ (ព្រឹត្តការណ៍អមកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូល) រួមជាមួយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ ឯកឧត្តម លុយ ដាវីត ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតវិសាមញ្ញ និងពេញសមត្ថភាពកម្ពុជាប្រចាំសាធារណរដ្ឋបារាំង លោក-លោកស្រីជាមន្រ្តីជំនាញពីក្រសួងពាក់ព័ន្ធ តំណាងអាជ្ញាធរដែនដី និងកងកម្លាំង បានអញ្ជើញអមលោកជំទាវ ល្វីស មូស៊ីគីវ៉ាបូ (Louise Mushikiwabo) អគ្គលេខាធិការអង្គការអន្តរជាតិនៃក្រុមប្រទេសនិយាយភាសាបារាំង ចុះត្រួតពិនិត្យទីតាំងផ្ទាល់មួយចំនួនក្នុងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ សម្រាប់រៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អមក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូនីលើកទី២០ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នាខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខាងមុខ។
សូមបញ្ជាក់ជូនថាព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អមចម្បងក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលហ្រ្វង់កូហ្វូនីលើកទី២០ ដែលប្រទេសកម្ពុជាជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះមានចំនួន២ គឺ «ភូមិហ្វ្រង់កូហ្វូន» (Village Francophone) ដែលមានពន្លាសម្រាប់ប្រទេសចូលរួមបង្ហាញពីវប្បធម៌ និងទេសចរណ៍របស់ខ្លួន អង្គការ និងស្ថាប័នផ្សេងៗ បង្ហាញពីសកម្មភាពការងារ ក៏មានវេទិកាតុមូលលើប្រធានបទមួយចំនួន និង «ហ្វ្រង់កូតេក» (Francotech) ដែលជាជំនួបធុរកិច្ចរវាងធុរជនពីបណ្តាគ្រប់បណ្តាប្រទេសនិយាយភាសាបារាំង។

Phnom Penh to be ready for venue to organize a large “Village Francophone” with pavilions to offer to more than 100 countries and national and international organizations; as a side event for the 20th Francophonie Summit 2026 in the upcoming November
H.E. Mr. HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, and H.E. Dr. Ing Kantha Phavi, Minister of Women’s Affairs and Chairperson of Sub-Committee No. 5 (Side Events of the Summit), accompanied by Excellencies leaders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Mr. Luy David, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Cambodia to the Republic of France, technical officials from the relevant ministries, representatives of the local authorities, and security forces, have accompanied H.E. Mrs. Louise Mushikiwabo, Secretary General of the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie, to conducted on-site inspections and assessments of several locations across Phnom Penh capital for organizing the side events of the 20th Francophonie Summit 2026, which will be held in November 2026.
It is to note that the main side events of the 20th Francophonie Summit, which Cambodia is hosting, are the “Village Francophone” with pavilions for participating countries to showcase their culture and tourism, various organizations and institutions to showcase their work activities, as well as roundtable forums on a number of topics, and “Francotech”, a business meeting between business people from all French-speaking countries.

S.E. M. Huot Hak, Ministre du Tourisme, et S.E. Dr. Ing Kantha Phavi, Ministre des Affaires Féminines et Présidente du Sous-comité n°5 (Événements en marge du Sommet), avec des dirigeants du Ministère des Affaires étrangères et de la Coopération internationale, de S.E. Luy David, Ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Royaume du Cambodge en France, ainsi que de représentants des ministères concernés, des autorités locales et des forces compétentes, ont accompagné S.E. Louise Mushikiwado, Secrétaire générale de l’Organisation internationale de la Francophonie, pour une visite d’inspection de plusieurs endroits à Phnom Penh en vue de l’organisation l’événement parallèle du 20ᵉ Sommet de la Francophonie, qui se tiendra en novembre 2026.
Il convient de souligner que le Royaume du Cambodge, en tant que pays hôte du 20ᵉ Sommet de la Francophonie, organisera deux principaux événements parallèles : le « Village Francophone », qui offrira des pavillons aux pays participants pour présenter leur culture et leur potentiel touristique, ainsi qu’aux organisations et institutions pour exposer leurs activités, avec également des tables rondes thématiques ; et « Francotech », une rencontre d’affaires réunissant des entrepreneurs venus des pays francophone.
