ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍, លោកជំទាវ Suanesavanh Vignaket រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងវប្បធម៌និងទេសចរណ៍ឡាវ, ឯកឧត្តម Ho An Phong អនុរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ កីឡា និង ទេសចរណ៍វៀតណាម បានរៀបចំជំនួបអាហារពេលព្រឹកការងាររដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទេសចរណ៍ត្រីភាគី លើកទី១ នាឱកាសនៃការចូលរួមវេទិកាទេសចរណ៍អាស៊ានឆ្នាំ២០២៦។
ជំនួបអាហារពេលព្រឹកការងារត្រីភាគីលើកទី១នេះ គឺជាជំនួបជាប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រនៃរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទទួលបន្ទុកវិស័យទេសចរណ៍នៃប្រទេសទាំងបី (កម្ពុជា ឡាវ វៀតណាម) ស្របតាមស្មារតីសហប្រតិបត្តិការដ៏យូរអង្វែង នៃជំនួបអាហារពេលព្រឹកត្រីភាគីនិងប្រពៃណី ដែលតែងតែប្រារព្ធឡើងដោយនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាធិបតេយ្យប្រជាមានិតឡាវ និងសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម រាល់ពេលដែលថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំកំពូលនៃប្រទេសទាំងបីដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំអន្តរជាតិ។
នៅក្នុងជំនួបអាហារពេលព្រឹកការងារនេះ, ភាគីទាំងបី បានកោតសរសើរដល់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអនុតំបន់របស់ក្រុមការងារមន្រ្តីទេសចរណ៍ជាតិកម្ពុជា ឡាវ និងវៀតណាម កាលពីខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និងការឯកភាពលើការតម្លើងកម្រិតនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនេះដល់កម្រិតរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី។
ក្នុងន័យនេះ, ភាគីទាំងបី ស្វាគមន៍ការរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំថ្នាក់រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា-ឡាវ-វៀតណាម លើកទី១ នៅអំឡុងខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីក្រុងហូជីមិញ។ ក្រោមចក្ខុវិស័យ «ប្រទេសបី គោលដៅតែមួយ» ភាគីទាំងបី នឹងជំរុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យទេសចរណ៍នេះ ឱ្យក្លាយជាសកម្មភាពអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែងរួមគ្នា សំដៅទទួលលទ្ធផលជាក់ស្តែងរួមគ្នា ដើម្បីជាឧត្តមប្រយោជន៍របស់ជាតិ និងប្រជាជននៃប្រទេសទាំងបី។

Trilateral Working Breakfast (CLV Working Breakfast) with the Minister of Culture and Tourism of Lao PDR and the Vice Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Viet Nam, under the Vision of “Three Countries, One Destination”
H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism of the Kingdom of Cambodia; H.E. Ms. Suanesavanh Vignaket, Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic; and H.E. Ho An Phong, Vice Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, convened the first Trilateral Tourism Ministers’ Working Breakfast on the sidelines of the ASEAN Tourism Forum 2026.
This first Trilateral Working Breakfast marked a historic meeting of ministers responsible for tourism from the three countries (Cambodia, Lao PDR, and Viet Nam), reflecting the long-standing spirit of cooperation and tradition of trilateral working breakfasts regularly held by the Prime Ministers of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam whenever the top leaders of the three countries lead their delegations to international meetings.
During the working breakfast, the three sides commended the subregional cooperation among the national tourism officials working group of Cambodia, Lao PDR, and Viet Nam held in December 2025 in Phnom Penh, and welcomed the consensus to elevate this cooperation to the ministerial level.
In this regard, the three sides welcomed the convening of the first Cambodia–Lao PDR–Viet Nam Tourism Ministers’ Meeting to be held in August 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City. Under the vision of “Three Countries, One Destination,” the three sides will promote tourism cooperation toward concrete joint implementation of action plans, aiming to achieve tangible results for the mutual benefit of the nations and peoples of all three countries.
