កម្ពុជា និងព្រុយណេ ប្តេជ្ញាជំរុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទ្វេភាគីបន្ថែមមួយកម្រិតទៀត តាមរយៈការចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នាស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទេសចរណ៍
នាឱកាសវេទិកាទេសចរណ៍អាស៊ាន ឆ្នាំ២០២៦, ដោយទទួលបានគោលការណ៍អនុញ្ញាតដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ពីសម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ទទួលសិទ្ធិប្រទានពីរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នាស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទេសចរណ៍ ជាមួយ ដាតុ អាប់ឌុល ម៉ាណាវ មេតទុសស៊ីន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងធនធានចម្បង និងទេសចរណ៍ព្រុយណេ តំណាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃព្រះចៅស៊ុលតង់ និង យ៉ាង ឌី-ពឺទួន នៃប្រទេសព្រុយណេ ដារូស្សាឡាម។
អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នានេះមានគោលបំណង៖ (១) ធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងបន្ថែមទៀតនូវកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទេសចរណ៍រវាងភាគីទាំងពីរ ក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌទ្វេភាគី និងពហុភាគី, (២) ផ្លាស់ប្តូរការអនុវត្ត និងបទពិសោធល្អៗក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍផលិតផលទេសចរណ៍, (៣) ជំរុញបន្ថែមនូវការតភ្ជាប់រវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ, (៤) ធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងបន្ថែមទៀតនូវការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្សក្នុងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍, និង (៥) លើកទឹកចិត្តបន្ថែមលើការផ្លាស់ប្តូរដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សាស្វែងយល់ និងដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចផ្លូវការនៃវិស័យសាធារណៈ និងឯកជន។
តាមរយៈអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នានេះ កម្ពុជា និង ព្រុយណេ រំពឹងថានឹងមានកំណើននៃលំហូរភ្ញៀវទេសចរទ្វេទិសរវាងនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ក៏ដូចជាភ្ញៀវទេសចរពីប្រទេសទី៣ ជាពិសេសប្រទេសកាន់សាសនាអ៉ីស្លាម។
សូមបញ្ជាក់ជូនថា កម្ពុជា បានត្រៀមខ្លួនរួចរាល់ក្នុងការរៀបចំគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍មូស្លីម, មូលដ្ឋានអាជីវកម្មទេសចរណ៍មូស្លីម និងការទទួលបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ចយ៉ាងកក់ក្ដៅជូន ទេសចរមូស្លីម តាមរយៈការដាក់ចេញផែនការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេសចរណ៍មូស្លីម(២០២៣-២០២៧), ស្តង់ដាមូស្លីមហ្រ្វែនលី សៀវភៅមូស្លីមហ្វ្រែនលីកម្ពុជា និងស្តង់ដាផលិតផលហាលឡាលកម្ពុជា។

Cambodia and Brunei Commit to Further Enhancing Bilateral Cooperation through the Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on Tourism Cooperation
On the occasion of the ASEAN Tourism Forum 2026, with the high-level approval of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, was authorized by the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Tourism Cooperation with Dato Dr Abdul Manaf Metussin, Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism of Brunei Darussalam, representing the Government of His Majesty The Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam.
The objectives of this Memorandum of Understanding are to (1) further enhance tourism cooperation between the two parties within both bilateral and multilateral frameworks; (2) exchange best practices and experiences in the development of tourism products; (3) further promote connectivity between the two countries; (4) further improve human resource development in the tourism sector; and (5) encourage greater exchanges of study visits and official visits between public and private sector stakeholders.
Through this Memorandum of Understanding, Cambodia and Brunei expect an increase in two-way tourist flows of both countries, as well as an increase in tourists from third countries, particularly from Muslim countries.
It should be noted that Cambodia is fully prepared to develop Muslim-friendly tourism destinations, Muslim-friendly tourism businesses, and to warmly welcome Muslim tourists through the implementation of the Muslim Tourism Development Plan (2023–2027), Muslim-Friendly Standards, the Cambodia Muslim-Friendly Guidebook, and Cambodia Halal Product Standards.
